Highly recommend this hotel! I stayed here with my family and our overall experience was wonderful. The location is very convenient, with everything just a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was beautiful and up to date. A bit expensive for us but we appreciated the space. Clean and comfortable. I would stay with my family here again!

My family stayed here in March of 2026. It was a great experience for my family.
Pros:
-location is great in the middle of everything, and close to several metro stations.
-the size of the apartment was nice and was perfect for my family of 4. The place has beautiful decorative accents throughout.
-quiet location (we were in the Volney II unit)
-separate shower / sink from the toilet is nice. There is one thing with this as the description online for the unit says 2 bath but there is only one toilet. (Toilet / sink, shower / sink, bathtub / sink*. Bathtub/sink in the main bedroom)
-comfy beds
-very detailed instructions on how to enter into the unit with YouTube video to show “how to” for entry.
-Merveil group was very responsive to my emails whenever I had a question.
-apartment was very clean
Con:
-no real view from the unit, partial courtyard view in the living room and the bedrooms look out at the fire escape looking area (which did have cigarette butts on it but we did not experience anyone out there smoking or smell anything in the unit)
The apartment really could not have worked out better for my family of four having the pull out couch and separate bedroom gave my kids some space and helped make a great Paris trip for us.
