Super lokalizacja. Piękny apartament, z przepięknym widokiem! W mieszkaniu wszystko dostępne co trzeba, zarówno w kuchni jak i łazience. Fajny kontakt z wynajmującym- odpowiadał od razu na wszystkie pytania. Czytelna instrukcja dostępu do mieszkania. Cicho i wydaje się że bezpiecznie. Blisko dużo sklepów, restauracji i piekarni.

Nie ma nic szczególnego co by mi się niepodobało. W ogłoszeniu nie było napisane że będzie pobrana kaucja albo jednorazowa opłata ubezpieczająca mieszkanie.

The apartment itself is in very good condition: lovely, clean, and located in an absolutely excellent area, probably one of the best possible locations if you want to stay around the Opéra and walk almost everywhere. Yes, the bathrooms are small, as some other guests have mentioned, but they are manageable and perfectly usable. There is some street noise, but this is expected in such a central location. The windows are good, and the air conditioning works well.

The check-in process was extremely disappointing. The property manager requires guests to use a separate external login outside Booking.com, where all personal information has to be provided : name, surname, telephone number, email address, and even a photo of a passport or ID card. In my view, this is completely unnecessary and raises serious GDPR and data-protection concerns, especially because it is unclear what happens to the data and why this process is handled outside Booking.com. Unfortunately, there is no alternative way to collect the keys, as there is no personal contact with anyone. The apartment itself has two bedrooms, which are small, but perfectly suitable for a holiday stay. However, the second major disappointment was the quality of the sofa bed. Considering the price, which is not low, the quality is simply unacceptable. The sofa bed is barely suitable for sitting, let alone sleeping. I honestly do not understand why an otherwise spectacular apartment has such poor-quality essentials as the bed and sofa bed. For the revenue of only a few nights, the management could easily invest in a proper sofa bed where guests can sleep comfortably. This gives the impression that the management does not really respect the comfort of its clients.

The accommodation is very clean and well-maintained, there is absolutely everything you need for life and relaxation, all kitchen equipment, absolutely everything was very, very wonderful.
