位置极好，离巴黎歌剧院600米，走路到卢浮宫，凯旋门，杜乐丽公园步行可以。是巴黎的中心繁华区域。周边饭店很多，吃饭非常方便。房间空间足够大，床够大够软。有暖气冬天不冷。电器齐全有有微波炉冰箱等。

Apartamento muy pequeño, sería ideal para 4 personas, y hay que tener en cuenta que es un apartamento hacia arriba: tres estancias divididas en tres pisos, con escaleras MUY estrechas y empinadas. Muy útil que haya dos baños completos. Ubicación excepcional, al lado de la gran avenida de la Ópera y dentro de una galería típica parisina. Limpio y la cocina estaba equipada con todo lo necesario. Al entrar al apartamento el olor es un poco fuerte, parece que tiene poca ventilación.
