La ubicación es excepcional. El apartamento estaba limpio y tenía todo lo necesario para pasar un par de días visitando Paris. La atención fue inmejorable ya que no disponíamos de un código cuando entramos de noche y nos respondieron muy rápido. Y nos escribieron para saber si estaba todo bien y si necesitábamos cualquier otra cosa.
Íbamos con niños y personas mayores y nada más abrir la puerta hay un tramo de escaleras muy estrechas y empinadas, sin pasamanos, lo que dificultaba la subida para ellos. En la primera planta estaba una habitación amplia con baño, en la segunda estaba la cocina/comedor con sofá cama y en la tercera otra anotación con baño

The location is wonderful. There are so many options for daily needs at your fingertips. The security in the facility and the apartment is great.
It is a lot of stairs, but that is truly to be expected in an old city such as Paris!

Location to local transport and restaurants. Cool apartment in the middle of the passage shops.
54 stairs in Apartment that are very, very small and steep. And quite risky. It's was very hot with no AC. They did proved fans. There is no airflow in apartment at all, so it is very stuffy. Propriety does not mention stairs in advertising. Not suitable for small kids and ederley people at all. Bathrooms are so small. Try putting 3 shoes in a shoebox and you will understand how tight they are.
