Great location - close to the subway (half a block away). Great air conditioning. Three real rooms with space!
The shower in one of the rooms needed a new shower head. We wanted to get into the room 15 mins early and it was impossible.
It isn’t fully accessible. Three steps to get to the elevator.

The location was excellent. The rooms were clean and nicely appointed. Information was timely and easy to access.
The facility was advertised as being air conditioned. The equipment was not working and was not repaired while we were there. There is no ventilation and without proper air conditioning our stay was very uncomfortable. While the property did provide a refund of 25%, this does little to compensate for a very expensive trip that was seriously degraded. We would never have booked a location without this feature. It was also a little tricky to find - more pictures would be helpful.
