I would recommend it but not for light sleepers 😅

Location Location Location. Near Public Transport and walking distance from the main attraction sites. The Studio itself has everything one needs.

The Metro is under it and you can feel and hear the movement every 10-20 minutes, but we didn’t stay long in the studio.

Terrible customer service, dingy location

Studio apartment was comfortable, very clean, and amazing location

Studio 2 apartment is right off a dingy & dirty courtyard , there was NO private entrance from an apartment building lobby area - so it felt very unsecure and unsafe. Workers would be outside, garbage cans etc.... It's also on the ground floor , subway noise right underneath you. Hosts ALSO did NOT inform us the entry was timed , so when we arrived we could not get in !!! We were so upset, not sure if this was the right apartment as the code was NOT working !!! NO one answered the customer service line and of course we could not get WiFi. Finally at 3 pm the code worked- can't believe they would not tell us this and/or should set the code 1 hour prior to arrival just in case . Customer service was unacceptable, emails only. No phone call to apologize. Would NOT stay here again.

Superb location in modern flat

Super clean and modern, provided me with tea, coffee, oils. Shampoo, conditioner and creams in shower. Separate toilet and shower. Separate kitchen and sleeping room. Location is amazing- near restaurant Maxim and Hotel de Crillion, super close to all attractions

1：The apartment uses a portable air conditione，but it was broken, making very loud noises and strong vibrations.I reported this immediately, but customer service said it could only be fixed three days later（Because of the holidays）. Because the room was not livable, I asked for an immediate cancellation and refund. I did not use the apartment and stayed less than 1.5 hours in total.I left right away and had to book another place at my own expense. Customer service promised to follow up, but after more than a week I still received no reply. 2:The apartment is located on the ground floor courtyard and has only one window facing directly into the courtyard, which raises significant concerns about privacy and security.

Nice when the renovations works downstairs are completed!

Location was wonderful for a family seeking tourist attractions, very safe area and almost in the heart of Paris. The flat is on the first floor, spacious, clean, equipped with everything one may need to stay comfortably. The kitchen is well prepared for making meals if needed. There is a lift, yet the stairs are quite comfortable too. There is no reception, but, the way the access is provided is very professional: access codes are provided with very good details about how to use them. The checkout process is automated as well, and it is quite easy procedure and well thought of!

Ongoing renovation works in the ground floor starts very early in the morning! during a normal working day, the noise is intolerable and loud to the extent that makes you feel an earthquake is rattling the whole place! City underground runs beneath the property too! it makes a very high rattling sound, it is difficult to ignore when you are in the property.

Great location, weak water pressure & security

Great location, very central. Near the metro and walking distance to Saint Honore and other notable areas. Size is also OK

Not very secure. There's a gate to the street that is often left open so anyone could wander in. The apartment we stayed at was the one facing the courtyard. The "courtyard" that the apartment opens out onto is also the trash area and employee smoking/ hangout area of the cafe next door. Does not feel safe especially at night, when the apartment door with one lock and the window with no extra security (all glass) are the only things separating you from the insecure courtyard area. The water pressure in the bathroom (particularly the shower) is also very weak. Hot water supply not consistent. The shower area is very small. The throw pillows, couch blanket, and couch were quite dusty.

Great location, poor accommodations and would not recommend to anyone staying in Paris.

Bed sheets and pillows and mattress were good.

Place did not look ANYTHING like the pictures that were shown. I requested a one bedroom and it was a cramped studio with a very uncomfortable couch. Lighting was poor in the bathroom to apply makeup. Bathroom smelled moldy in the shower. No face cloth provided. Only 2 towels in the bathroom for 5 days. Washer/dryer did not work so had to wash clothes by hand and dry on a rack in the kitchen. Website said construction was beginning in July and there was construction noise the whole last week of May. Overall a very poor place for the price.

Great Accommodation Great Location

Beautifully furnished apartments in excellent location. There are 2 Metros in 3 minutes either direction, Concorde and Madeleine. Each room has a sink and shower ensuite. Nice location for groups of up to 6 easily. Fully furnished..even with coffee.😊 Instructions/videos on appliance usage. We will return.

A little bit of late weekend noise due to a restaurant/bar that is in same courtyard. The metro noises are NOT bad, very light noise.

Best Location if you are visiting Paris with a mix of High Quality Shopping, Museums,Gourmet Food

Location is superb. Studio is very easy to access or to visit other spots in Central Paris. Very safe to walk around at night. Walking distance to Louvre Museum and La Madeleine and Champs Elysee. Staff where very friendly and prompt when we had queries.

Main Building Entrance is very dark if you arrive in the evening-Not Safe for ladies travellers. Also Building B does not have an external light in the evening. The Studio windows are not sealed properly and there is an annoying draft if you sit on the couch.The internal light of Entrance B shines through the Studio kitchen window and you have a light in the bedroom throughout the night!Be aware of the Metro and Renovations (next door) noises, especially if you are having a work call in the studio. Above tenants also making crazy noises and moving furniture well past midnight...!

A wonderful spot to access the entire city from, either on foot or by public transit.

Location was excellent-very central. Clean, spacious apartment with three good sized, completely private bedrooms complete with your own shower and sink. Large kitchen and family room area which made it easy for our party of six to have dinner and watch tv together afterwards. Keyless entry made it extremely easy for all of us to access the building together, or on our own. Check in and check out were a breeze.

Not many patisseries, or grocery stores close by. No sinks in the two bathrooms which were located in the hallway outside of the bedrooms. Could have used more pots and pans to cook with. Slight rumble and noise from the nearby metro.

Weekend break in central Paris

The apartment is in a central location with excellent metro connections to all areas of Paris. The key codes were clear and worked well. The apartment is roomy, comfortable and clean. The bathroom and kitchen are bright and modern. We had everything we needed for our stay.

We appreciated being on the ground floor and my wife (who is disabled and uses a rollator) was able to manage the few steps. However, it would not be easy for a wheelchair user.

Lovely location and cute apartment but a bit noisy with the metro.

The apartment was immaculate. The furnishings were very nice. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The bathrooms were brand new and very clean. The location on Rue Royale was fantastic. The hosts were great. Access was very easy with touch code locks.

It is a ground floor unit. You have to bring noise cancelling headphones or buds with you as the metro runs every 25 min until 1:25 am and shakes the apartment and is noisy. The other thing that's ok but a bit annoying is the toilet has it's own room with a door and the shower and sink are in another adjoining room with a door. It's not a big thing but be aware.

Location was perfect! Convenient to everything including attractions, restaurants and metro. Market was just around the corner. It had a lift to help with luggage. You could feel the rumble of the Metro but it was so slight it wasn't a bother. Great Heating and air options.

Managers get high marks for helping with a reschedule and partial refund. Official business changed an appointment date beyond our control. So big thank you for the flexibility. Property was clean, comfortable bed.

This place deserves all the best praise

We are all delighted. Perfect for 6 people - separate bedrooms, comfortable beds, each bedroom has its own shower room. There are two toilets in the room. The kitchen has everything you would need to prepare a meal, including an oven with microwave function, a washing machine and iron. Our apartment was in the very centre of the city and overlooking the Concorde square each evening. We had a wonderful view of the beautiful Parisian nightlife, the Eiffel Tower, and the Arc de Triomphe.

One of the showers was leaking a little bit. We put a towel next to it and it didn't bother us any more. Everything else was perfect.
