Excellent location for sights, restaurants and groceries.
Accommodation was not easy to locate and entry not straight forward.

Excellent location - and really Parisian location - off an internal courtyard - nicely designed kitchen and bathroom - and plenty of hanging space -
Towels too small - would have wanted larger bath towels but that's a very small gripe ... and all white sheets rather than patterned, and was hot so a sheet option rather than duvet

The location in the heart of Paris (Metro lines 1, 8, and 12 nearby) is perfect for visiting the Louvre, Place de la Concorde, Place Vendôme, or the Champs-Élysées! The space is very comfortable and equipped with everything I needed for my stay. The studio is located in a secure, quiet courtyard. Great for shopping: Chanel, Hermès... Thank you, Mia, for your hospitality and for helping me when I lost the keys to the studio.
The faint sound of the metro, but that’s part of the charm of Paris in the heart of the city, and it’s to be expected. It didn’t bother me; in fact, it lulled me to sleep because you get used to it very quickly.

Good location, very close to a lot of restaurants.
You can hear the underground trains moving throughout the night, very hard to sleep. The toilet was blocked, we had to buy something to unblock it. Bed was not comfortable.
