Nice location within walking distance of attractions!

Great Apartment a little off the tourist areas. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower and other attractions. Walking distance to trains. Nice apartment! Very clean and comfortable! Lots of space. Newer Bathroom was great with a wonderful shower!

We had to get our bags up 1 floor to use the elevator. Elevator was small but we figured it out. Train station does not have elevator or escalators so bags have to be carried up & down multiple flights of stairs. It was a bit of a struggle to get there.

Close to night life and shopping, great cafe for breakfast nearby. Comfy bed. Nice, big shower.

Steep steps to room, lift started on 1st floor. Said views, we were facing the on street parking. Not high enough for any good views. Construction happening so drilling was annoying. Underground train was noisy and shook the building. Noisy women with loud shoes up and downstairs all hours of the night!?! Wouldn't give us keypad number to get into building as hadnt seen we had already put down €400 deposit. We had just driven 8 hours and stood outside. Car parking on street is literally hundreds of euros for a couple of days, worked out more than renting the apartment, no warning on this.

A very Parisian stay

The flat is a classic Parisian flat (with a very comfortable bathroom!), the area is good. Central but quiet and green. A good start for going around Paris. The metro is just there, very convenient

The location

The ABNB feel. Lack of fixtures for hanging. Poor cleaning practices evident. No information booklet re garbage disposal,recycling. Virtually no cleaning products for such an extended stay.

Very spacious apartment with charming French-old vibes, located in a calm neighborhood. The apartment was very clean and equipped with all the amenities you might need during your stay. Clean and comfortable beds, and plenty of space to store your belongings. The apartment itself has a great atmosphere.

Check-in time was a bit late. Early check-in was possible in theory but could not be arranged in the end. The location is great, close to the Eiffel Tower and Les Invalides, but farther from other sightseeing spots — depending on the kind of vacation you want.

Great location, good value for money.

The location is just perfect, easy to get around and literally next door to Les Invalides. Very nice and safe neighbourhood. Lovely appartment, there were 3 of us and it was just about right. Staff was helpful.

The instructions for finding the entrance were not clear enough, but they were helpful when we called the given number. Later we had to help other guests as well, so it was not just us 🙂

Very comfortable & good location

We really enjoyed our stay. The stairs up to the bedrooms could be tricky for some but we just left everything downstairs & only went up the stairs to go to bed. Good location, within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower & many restaurants.

The lift up to the apartment is tiny but we were grateful to have it as it's always difficult to lug suitcases. There are some stairs from the street to the lift, then more from the lift into the apartment.

A nightmare to deal with property owners given issues we experienced. Would not recommend.

Good location and Metro just outside property but cannot hear the trains when in the property.

1. Door would only lock using the physical keys. The door code did not lock the door. 2. Cot was not assembled when we arrived (not the issue) but on attempting to assemble it was broken and would not lock on one of the sides. Someone who did not speak any English came to fit it unsuccessful but did go and retrieve another one that worked. 3. The window in the bedroom was broken and would not lock or securely shut. The window would only lock at the bottom of the window but was easily opened given the gap at the top of the window. Someone came the night we arrived to the property but only to put towels around it - again this person spoke no English and Spanish only. There was no secure place to leave our belongings (as stated on their website) but when the window does not lock or close this property was unsafe and unsecure, especially when staying with a 2 year old in the property too. Someone was supposed to come and fit the window the following day - they did not. The following day we were promised they would fix the window and AGAIN the window was not fixed for the remainder of our stay. On contacting Booking.com the night we arrived they would not rebook us at another location/hotel, and we have had no compensation for the inconvenience it caused for our stay. Our stay was ruined as we were in attempts to get the window sorted, unsuccessfully. We had to carry our belongings with us at all times which was a significant inconvenience. I would not use Booking.com or stay at this property. Disgusted and disappointed that both Mithouard Apartments and Booking.com find it acceptable for a young family to stay in these conditions without any compensation. Do not stay here or book through Booking.com

The position needs to be improved very well

The house is located in a really good area, in a quiet neighborhood close to the Eiffel Tower. It's very convenient for public transportation. The elevator starts on the second floor, and you have to climb a few more steps to enter the apartment.

There is a very serious hygiene problem. The apartment smells of sweat, especially the seats. We had a problem with the electricity. I sent messages to the landlord several times and he did not respond and did not communicate at all. There was no oil, salt or sugar in the kitchen.

Small apartment in good location

Nice location, near Les Invalides, and about a 20-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was clean.

The apartment is fairly small, with a particularly tiny kitchenette, and has no air conditioning. There was a persistent problem with mosquitoes, which probably entered through the ventilation shaft in the bathroom. The management was not very responsive, and did not answer questions and requests in a timely manner.

Not a good quality/price

The apartment was spacious

The bathroom shelf was so dirty that you could draw on the dust. The sofa bed in the living-room wasn’t ready even if I asked for multiple times. There were no curtains in the living room so the light came in at the crack of dawn

Great stay with disappointing contact with property management

The location was fantastic, minutes from the metro. The views were beautiful, and the spacious living area was well appointed, air conditioned, and comfortable. The spiral staircase leading to the bedrooms was a charming and memorable feature that suited our family well.

Unfortunately our communication with the property managers has been frustrating. We accidentally left behind a personal item, and following confirmation they are in possession of this item, they have not responded to repeated requests to arrange for collection, which has been deeply disappointing. I sincerely hope they address this matter promptly and improve their communication going forward.

Loved this property!

Loved this cute property. We had a comfortable 4 nights here. Full kitchen with washing machine. Only 1.7km walk the to Eiffel Tower. Right by a subway station entrance. Children’s park across the rd.

The air conditioning was a plugged in unit and was very noisy so we couldn’t sleep with it turned on. More loo paper would be nice. Only 2 rolls for 4 days for 4 people (2A&2C)

The location is in great walking distance to the Eiffeltower but that’s more less the only plus!

It’s quite dirty and definitely not like shown on the pictures! The apartment has no air conditioning which was dramatic with 40 degrees in summer!

I do not recommend staying at these apartments. The place is in serious need of renovation — everything is very old, worn-out, and dirty. The mattress on the bed was extremely soft, uneven, and clearly very old — it was impossible to sleep properly. After just three nights, my back was in pain. There were cobwebs everywhere, and mold on the windows. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience

We loved Paris, we will be back. If staying in Summer Iwould definitely try another place unless the air con and curtain

The location is close to the major tourist locations in Paris. The Eiffel Tower to the left (facing the seine) is about 20 mins walk, and to the louvre on the right about another 20mibs. There are coffee shops near by, super markets and also a fresh produce market we stumbled across. One night we just had baguette, some cheese, cured meats and froui grou for dinner. Good coffee is only 2 euro nearby. apartment 5 is generally good for a family of three- we had 2 adults and teenager. Anymore and I think you’ll feel over crowded.

We were in a heat wave in Paris. Coming from Australia we are used to the heat but also good AC. The building is not designed to be cool and the AC could not keep up with the 35 deg days. We had some very warm nights which made it difficult to fully rest, which made it tiring after 20000 step days. Also apartment 5 faced east , we needed to keep the door opened to get AC in but doing so allowed light to stream through an uncovered window directly into the bedroom. Tge curtains generally let too much light in and I ended up covering the win so it’s with curtains. lol this did work. The lift is incredibly small, it was quite funny. We had small luggage so it didn’t bother us I’ve added a photo of the front door as there are 2 front doors with no 1 on them

The showers need some minor upgrades & the blinds! They could also do with some hooks in the bathroom! All minor but would add to the enjoyment of ones stay!

The property was fantastic. It was absolutely perfect and tucked every box. Location was great, so central. It was spacious and had everything we needed. Communication between ourselves and the host was good and we will definitely return!

Affordable place in perfect location

Bathroom

No place where to put shoes and outwear in the entrance. Kitchen to fit one person so small. No toilet or kitchen paper. Late check in and early check out. Pay attention to blankets as only 2 big ones, if you are with friends will need to share (we were 4 and stayed for 3 nights)

Location is perfect, in 7th arr., close to metro, shops, restaurants. The place is quiet, comfortably fits 3 people, even could be good for 4.

The isntructions for the check in are not entirely clear. Floor numbering is not the same in different countries, so it would be good to either note the number of apartment, or put the floor number on the wall. Instead, instructions read ‘apartment on x floor: [some numbers, which were a code for a lock]..’ It took as a minute to figure this out. There were 2 double duvets for 3 persons. For a couple it’s ok, but we were a group of friends and single duvets would make so much more sense. It was a bit dirty, we found some used tisssues under one of the sofas.

The apartment was of very good size. Had a nice park view.

Had extra Lenin but we were not sure if they were clean enough. I would preferred if there was more security cameras around the area and within the building.

The location was great, very easy to access and loving big living spaces.

Most of the towels in one of our apartments were completely dirty / stained. 2 of the apartment we booked were for 4 people and when we arrived neither of the sofa beds were made up in either apartment. One of the sinks in the bathroom of the 2nd floor was almost always clogged and unable to be used.

The view out of the windows was beautiful. The apartment had a nice charm and was clean. Checking in and out was very easy and the support answered quickly and friendly.

The elevator didn’t work and sometimes there was a urin smell in the apartment that most likely came out of the little room where the washing machine is. In the photo gallery of the apartment there were pictures of two bathrooms but there was only one. For 3 people it was okay though.

Overall the stay was a nice one and we were comfortable despite the above.

The property was comfortable enough, though we did have to buy toilet paper as there was not any. We had trouble with the hot water and found only one person could have a warm shower then the water would be cold for the other 3. Lastly though the odour from the lower bathroom was putrid.

The apartment has all the amenities for living, all the appliances work, everything was clean and quiet, the church located nearby does not interfere at all at night because it does not ring the bells between 22:00 and 08:00, the apartment also has a washing machine and all the necessary utensils in the kitchen. However, the house is not at all made for living with children or disabled people, because the elevator did not work and apparently it has not worked for a long time, but even if it did work, you have to go up to the first floor to get to the elevator. Also, unfortunately, there was an unpleasant situation, the code on the main door did not work, so we had to wait two hours outside until the owner of the house arrived to fix the problem, I have a 10-month-old child, it was a cold evening, the owner initially said the waiting time was 10-15 minutes, but then the waiting time became longer, and unfortunately, when I asked him "how long should I wait", he finally started to just yell at me. It seems there were two owners of the house, and if one tried to calm us down and explain the situation when we met, the other just continued to communicate in raised tones. The apartment corresponds to its price and quality, good location, but unfortunately we were left with very negative impressions, if I were alone I could have waited in the cafe for two hours, but unfortunately these apartments do not include accommodation with children.

Exceptional

The apartment was perfect for our needs. Central, comfortable, and clean. We had the flat with the balcony, which was gorgeous to sit out on in the heat. The sound of the bells from St François Xavier church added to the ambience of the bustling Paris city soundscape. The Eiffel Tower is visible from the street corner and a ten minute walk away. Buses and local metro stations took us everywhere we needed to go. Was lovely to come home to an apartment rather than an hotel room. Highly recommended.

There was little I disliked. Sometimes the footsteps and voices of the guests in the other flats could be heard. But it wasn't a big issue for us.
