Location. Good bed and linens and towels. Nice furniture
Hauling luggage up to the first floor from ground floor. Elevators starts on first floor.

We liked the location and the furnishings were nice and comfortable. The beds had comfortable mattresses and good reading lights. It was easy to get into the building and the apartment.
There were no instructions for how to operate the A/C and the apartment was too warm at night. There was no laundry or dishwasher detergent. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were too small and few and slipped behind the mattress on the Murphy bed. The textured pillow case and duvet cover did not feel very good against the skin. The kitchen faucet was wobbly and it was challenging to carry our luggage up the first flight of stairs to the elevator.

Proximity to metro, restaurants parkland grocery stores with an excellent bakery across the street. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower,Hop on Hop Off bus. Lovely views from the apartment
A staircase before you reach the very small lift, a Spiral staircase up to apartment and even smaller one up to bedrooms. Very difficult to manoeuvre suitcases up and indeed to walk up if older. Would be a challenge for older clients or those with children. The bedrooms could do with a little maintenance and some pillows rather than cushions

Great location, smooth check in, clean apartments as picture
Super loud - feels like sleeping on street. Water pressure low, only 1 shower at a time. Shower door can’t close properly.
