Absolutely lovely apartment, well decorated and very clean all round.

Kitchen dining area was a bit tight for space and storage was limited.

We were looking for classic French chic style and comfort for the family and this is exactly what we found in this apartment. Everything is of high quality, works and well hought out, attention to detail is amazing. Mathieu is a great host and was very responsive to our questions. Location is slightly less than ideal and it’s reflected in the price I think.

Perhaps better timing of the renovation works that interfere with guest comfort.

Travelling as 2 senior couples, we liked the separate bedroom and bathroom areas. Kitchen was well fitted out with appliances, including washing machine & dryer. The lift was essential because we were on the 3rd floor. We also liked the area - quiet street but near transport, shops and restaurants.

The bed seemed comfortable but I woke up with a sore back on several occasions. Facilities mentioned that toiletries are provided, but there was no shampoo or conditioner in the main bathroom. I messaged the owner who said I could get anything I needed from the corner store. I sure can but that's not the point. We had a lot of trouble with the dryer until my husband cleaned the filter that you access through a small metal panel at the bottom of the dryer - not a filter that gets cleaned after every load.... this was a maintenance issue.

The location was close to the metro and in a quiet area close to shops and cafes. The area felt safe at night. The double bed was very comfortable. Nice touch to have a coffee machine . Lots of kitchen facilities and utensils .

We were disappointed with this apartment.The lift to the apartment was too small it only fits 3 people in max. You can’t say it has two bathrooms as one of the showers and sink was in the bedroom, with no privacy so not usable and the second toilet was far too small, it felt claustrophobic, so we were unable to use it. We booked this apartment as one room was supposed to have 2 single beds for my teenager boys, but they were squashed together and the design of the room didn’t allow for separation. The doors on the rooms would jam, so it was difficult for privacy. One night the people in the apartment above had a party, which kept us awake until 5.30am. The safe didn’t work and when we asked for the code it was still didn’t work. We were disappointed with this apartment, as it didn’t meet our needs, however it was in a good area.
