Amazing stay in the heart of Paris

The location is simply amazing. You are basically 100m away from Champs Elysees/Arc de Triomphe which are major attractions of Paris and from the Etoile metro station that offers access to basically anywhere else in the city as it serves 3 metro lines and the Rer train that takes you to Disneyland. Staff, room, common areas were all top.

Overall it was a very comfy stay

It was very clean and location is good. Staffs are the stars, very helpful and always there at the Recep. Our tv and some items were not working when we check in but they quickly act on it and make sure it was rectify the next day when we highlight to them

At night the streets can be noisy, due to nearby restaurants or club.

You really buy quality with your money.

New, luxurious and well-maintained place, with all amenities. Excellent soundproofing. Top location. There is a very nice place to relax, available to all clients. Fast internet, both from the apartment and from the relaxation area. The people at the front desk are excellent professionals. I would stay there every chance I could!

The location was amazing. Walking distance to the Champs d'Elysses and Arc de Triomphe. Many fine restaurants and shopping galore. Great home base location for checking out all that Paris has to offer.

Wonderfully pleasant and comfortable stay: great staff, accommodations and location!

Wonderful across the board. An exceptional accommodation for the price. First, the front desk staff are exceptionally welcoming and helpful. In terms of space, O'Lord feels more like a residence, with VERY spacious accommodations (for Paris) and a modest but attractive entry/reception area. The accommodations are modern/updated, nicely decorated and very clean. Our apartment had one bedroom, one bath (shower), and an open-plan living area with a sitting/TV area, a small dining table with 4 chairs and a kitchen (area). The kitchen was very well equipped with a refrigerator / freezer, full-sized dishwasher, combo microwave/oven, stove top, coffee maker, ample dishes and cookware, plus a combo washer/dryer. The bathroom was nicely appointed, and the shower had both hand-held and "rain" fixtures. The bedroom had a queen size bed with nice linens, 4 pillows (bravo!) and comforter, plus a wardrobe with lots of hangers and some shelving, a chair, 2 bedside tables, and great lighting. The Air Conditioning is excellent - even in the heatwave during our stay, and there are lots of electrical outlets. The location is very good- a block/plus from L'Arc de Triumph and Champs-Élysée, AND one to two blocks from the Metro (line 1) and Bus lines that go to/ or easily connect to major tourist sights (eg., bus direct to the D'Orsay). A much more convenient location for access to the sights than I expected. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect, communicative place to stay in Paris

The location of the property was great - a few minutes from the Arc, metro and Champs Elysees. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The AC was working great. Easy check in and check out, the reception guys were all friendly and responsive.

The baths were a bit outdated, especially the shower cabin but still functional as intended. The noise was a bit louder from time to time and you could hear the kids above running like crazy in the evening.

Apartment is very silent, if no events around. Very silent. Only need to plan if some celebration be at Arc de Triumph, we have closed main street one day when we can’t get from our side to reserved and payed dinner on Seine river exactly at that time 🥹 and one night Arsenal football game fans go near hotel and was louder some 2-3 hours . But this is the only issue .. maybe more salt and pepper in apartment , anyway not so cool to buy that , but minimum was and staff give us even some extra salt 😅👍🏻 pepper we buy- because we love also to cook these days when we stay with children’s and we need moooore 😅 anyway - all kitchen cutlery, everything was there 🙏🏻

VERY CERY BAD EXPERIENCE AT O’LORD APARTAMENTS

Unpleasant Experience – NOT Recommended If you're considering a stay at LORD Apartments, I strongly advise you to rethink your choice. Here’s a detailed account of our disappointing experience: 1. Theft and Lack of Accountability On the last day of our stay, €300 was stolen from our suitcase after we left it in the luggage storage area. We immediately informed the director, Mr. Sylvain, but his response was shockingly dismissive. He offered only superficial apologies and absolutely no solution or responsibility. He was visible only during check-in to collect the tourist tax (over €100) and the security deposit (€350), but absent when real issues occurred. 2. Security Deposit – Be Careful We were asked to pay a €350 deposit without a clear explanation of when or how it would be returned. Tip: Demand its return on your checkout day, or risk never seeing it again. 3. Hygiene Concerns We found a cockroach in the kitchen while changing the trash bag—clearly unacceptable for any accommodation, let alone one with this pricing. 4. Poor Kitchen Equipment The kitchen was barely functional for four people staying seven days: Only one kitchen towel provided No cutlery or dish racks Lack of basic utensils and cleaning supplies The integrated washer-dryer barely worked and was ineffective at drying 5. No Cleaning Service Your room will not be cleaned at all during your stay. Cleaning costs €60 for a small apartment, and even more for larger ones. Given the prices they charge, basic cleaning should be included—especially to prevent hygiene issues like cockroaches. 6. Inconsistent Hot Water The hot water in the shower was extremely unreliable, switching between hot and cold without warning—making showers uncomfortable and frustrating. 7. Unfriendly Staff The staff, including the director Mr. Sylvain, were consistently unfriendly and unhelpful. Their distant, cold attitude left a negative impression and worsened the overall experience.

Front desk staff especially Marie were very friendly and helpful and courteous. Cute and lovely English, very good communication , helped with lots of suggestions for our daily Paris exploration. Apartment is crip clean, new construction, eveything shiny new and super clean. Washermashine and fridge in room very convenient. Location is a gem, a few mins walk to arc de driumph, and like 1 min walk to Champs Elysse, We had such a great time in Paris and part of it was our cute convenient apartment.

Recommended apartment for families

Location is good. The apartment was nice and clean. It has all the important supplies. The receptionist I think her name is "Mary" she was very nice and welcoming. In general, the apartment is suitable for families.

I didn't like that the check out is at 11:00 am. also how was this information communicated to us from the man at reception was unpleasant. I didn't like that the cleaning is once a week and supposed to be scheduled with the hotel.

Fantastic location, friendly super helpful staff, everything we needed for a 5 day stay.

A couple of extra washing tabs and dishwashing tablets would be good if longer than a three day stay, also fresh towels after 3 days would be a nice touch.
