Overall, this was a nice accommodation in a prime location.

The location of the apartment is superb and in such close proximity to everything. Appreciated how clean the apartment was and the clarity of the directions to access the apartment.

The apartment had one maintenance related issue. A couple pieces of tile had separated from the wall in the master bathroom. I alerted the owner and included pictures and video.

A perfect location for a short break

The apartment was spotless and clean. It was perfect for my family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teens and an 8 year old). Locationwise, we couldn't have asked for better. It was close to all transport links and a short walk to the Arc D' Triomphe. Instructions to get into the property were accurate and easy to follow.

Wonderful flat which is perfect for vacationing families - fantastic value!

Superb apartment in a great location only two blocks from the Arc de Triomphe and Metro access. Ideal for our family of five during our five-day stay! Despite the location in downtown Paris, the apartment was quiet both day and night with an interior courtyard view. Air conditioning kept the apartment cozy even during record heat for June. Check-in and check-out was a breeze, and a CMG representative even met us at the door to help us get in when we arrived!

Combo washing machine/dryer did not work well and only handles small loads. Minimal hot water available, so quick showers are essential.

Wonderful Paris flat!

This property is clean, comfortable and in an excellent location! The AC also works great. We had an issue with the digital door lock and Ziad, who lives in the building and is affiliated with the rental agency, was able to give us a key to use instead. He also suggested a couple of “hidden gem” restaurants that we really enjoyed.

amazing stay/rest after a long day out walking loads!

Clean, tidy, very close to metro station & Champs de Elysee. Sleep comfortably for the whole family and there were 7 of us. best is that they have 2 bathrooms so everyone can get ready quickly, which was our main search requirement as many other flats at the surrounding offers only 1 bathroom.

Excellent location and well worth the stay!

The location was perfect for us as it is within minutes of the Arc de Triomphe. Having private parking was also wonderful. Kitchen and bathrooms were well supplied with amenities.

There was a fair amount of noise during the night from guests next door as well as above. So just be prepared for some extra noise and if you are a light sleeper, you might notice.

بسمح للضيف اللي بعدي بوضع الحقائب بالسكن وانا لا بالمكتب على بعد 10 دقائق كحل موقت

اعجبني النظافة والموقع

1- خلاط الماء يتحرك وليس ثابت 2- التعامل للاسف وصلت مبكرا ورفضوا ان اضع الحقائب بالسكن ( حق لهم ) لكن عند خروجي وصل عميل مستأجر للشقة نفسه ووصل نفس ووقتي وعند وصوله سمح له وضع الحقائب بالشقة وانا لا لماذا انا اراجع المكتب بالحقائب واذهب بها لمكتب الشركة على بعد 10 دقائق كحل موقت والضيف اللي بعدي سمح له وضع الشنط بالسكن

Bel appartement.

L'emplacement est très bien situé à quelques minutes de l'Arc de Triomphe et à une minute du métro. Appart très confortable et propre pour y dormir et prendre un petit déjeuner, avec deux salles de bains, c'est très bien pour 5. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Paris.

Il n'y a pas de bols pour le petit déjeuner.
