Very happy - will book again

Well positioned, modern apartment with 5 star amenity

Amazing location. Walking distance to champs élysées and quiet at night time. Nice modern interior an extremely clean. Came with all the essentials! Lots of fresh towels and slippers. Kids loved the downstairs floor with movie room and gym equipment. Would highly recommend for groups who want to stay in centre of Paris ! There’s also a great bistro across the road which is perfect after a long day of travelling

It was okay but for the price expected better

Location The bathroom remodeling

How dirty the room was upon arrival as the cleaner was late. Check inn for NYE should be considered early as roads shut down to support NYE event. Person before us was DIRTY, and the room smelt of cooked food. House cleaner tried her best but didn't do a complete job. She made me speak to her boss, and he said he was going to report to the company how dirty the previous tenants left it. I don't know if that happened, though. The company kept texting at 0730 each morning. Thankfully, my phone was on silent. No one should text guests until at least 0900. The cleaning fee is TO HIGH for what you are provided. It should be charged depending on how you LEAVE the apt. I was not comp. for my stay due to ongoing issues upon arrival. No communication, I had to reach out for door codes, and nothing left in the room about the metro information. Was it worth the price? NO Would I stay again if offered a discount off (previous cleaning fee off and omit new cleaning fee of the stay)? Yes, I would stay again. But at the Louve location.

Large 3 bedroom apartment close to transport and comfortable beds.

Very big apartment. Close to the arc du Triomphe and champs eylsees. Comfortable beds. Close to the metro and restaurants.

3 front rooms were very noisy. I couldn’t sleep in them. Third back room was better. Not close the Louvre and other landmarks like the Eiffel Tower,but if you want to stay near the Arc du Triomphe and Champs Elysees then it’s a good spot.

Everything was perfect the assistant was 24/7 with us on whats app they were there to assist you and guide you in case of a problem fast response too , the facilities was good and the location was great cleanliness of the apartment was really good everything was provided big space great room the balcony was a bonus

Good audibility from the stairwell and neighboring apartments. The air conditioners in one bedroom and the large room were rattling all night despite being turned off. So it happens all nights and it was not possible to sleep. Unfortunately hosts didnt fixed it.

The only thing I like is the location

No ceiling light and dark in the kitchen, air conditioning making noises every so often, washing machine doesn’t work or wash clothes properly. When you turned the bathroom light off is making a lot of noises so have to leave it on while we’re sleeping.

It wasn’t the room we rented and Sweett management didn’t care.

The location. The showers were nice but ran out of hot water very quickly.

This was not the room we saw on the Booking website. There are 24 photos on Booking.com for this room and only ONE of them is actually this room. When we asked them for the room in the photos they just said no this was the room we rented. If the photos for the room are from other rooms I’m not sure how to select a room on Booking.com. Sweett would not respond to this bait and switch.

Great Stay in a Clean, Well-Located Apartment with Room for Small Improvements

We enjoyed our stay in Paris, and here are some highlights and suggestions for improvement: The location is excellent, with easy access to the city. Beds were very comfortable, The apartment was spotlessly clean once prepared—everything was thoroughly cleaned and washed. Host was very responsive, always available.

Areas for Improvement: Although early check-in at 16:00 was agreed upon (we originally scheduled for 20:00), the room was not ready due to the cleaning company not being informed. We left our bags and walked around until 20:00, which worked for us coming from Disneyland, but could be difficult for guests arriving from a long-haul flight. On arrival, to distinguish the right building, a label indicating Building B would help. Both bedroom AC units make intermittent creaking noises even when they are stopped throughout 24 hrs and poor window insulation allows noticeable street noise. Unloading of truck in the yard making sleep disturbing noise in the yard towards one bedroom starting very early morning for 3 consecutive days, photo attached. The wooden parquet floor creaks most part of the apartment and could use renovation. Bedroom doors do not have internal locks, which matters for us and might matter to some guests for privacy. Adding a small sink in the toilet area for handwashing would improve convenience (no space though). With thoughtful updates listed above the apartment could offer an even better experience for future guests.

The entrance to our room X suite was awful, very dirty with old wet rolls of carpet, buckets that were not being used, stairs leading down to an unorganized mess, once your in the room it was good but curb appeal not good.

Well located apartment in the center of Paris close to Arc de Triomphe

Clean, good address, easy to find, secure. calm despite the central location. good size for 1 person. All amenities needed.

Access to the property could have been better explained. I entered the building luckily because someone was entering at the same time. I did not have the access code. I did not know the floor and door number, it was not indicated, nor properly communicated. I called the standard and on the second attempt. I got someone who directed me well on the right floor and door and gave me the code for the apartment access and the code for the building access. this should have been communicated before. There was some noise in the A/C and I could not fix it.

Excellent location. A newly refurbished apartment, very spacious, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, all clean.

End of May and heating full on with no option to turn it down. You may chill if you turn on aircon… Not ideal and what a waste of energy.

Arc de Triomphe locale 2 bedroom apartment

Location - very good. Restaurants and taxis and metro easy access. Comfortable beds and linen. Showers / bathrooms had been upgraded and modern. Kitchen facilities good. Spacious apartment. Private and quiet. Secure.

Heating jammed on in the En-suite and lounge area which could not be adjusted. So overly hot for sleeping comfort. No functioning Lighting in main bathroom off the kitchen. Lift out of action for a day and a half. Thought with 2 bathrooms we would have 2 toilets but only one on the property disappointing. Paint fumes evident in the apartment due to painters on property working. Only one dishwasher pod provided for a 4 day stay.

The location of the apartment was great to see the Paris sites.

When you walk into the apartment, it’s dusty and looks unclean, obviously having work in the lobby/reception. The stairs to the apartment looked tired, and also covered in dust. The price didn’t take this into consideration. The property itself had 4 spacious rooms and beds comfy. The kettle was quite dangerous to use, the lid was snapped off, so when boiled, and pouring you had to be careful than you didn’t burn yourself. There is also a plug socket in the kitchen which comes away from the wall. The biggest let down is the floorboards in the kitchen, they’re unsafe with cracks and holes. Not safe for children, and we had 4 in the property, 2 being very young. We had to try to cover the flooring to avoid the children stepping in the area. The property also has doors to go onto the terrace, again not safe for children as these doors seemed to have no locks.

Far from my expectation

The receptionist greeted me with a warm smile.

Every day at 8 AM, an unloading truck in the backyard creates unbearable noise. I've also encountered small cockroaches climbing on my legs in the WC (two times), which is disgusting. Additionally, the pictures on the booking site don't match the actual apartment I received. This is not acceptable.
