You will be seduced by our spacious 70 sqm apartment that can welcome up to 8 guests. Fully equipped, including portable A/C, well designed it has several advantages that would allow you to enjoy perfect stay in Paris! The refurbished apartment is composed by a large living room with kitchen and dining area, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms & restrooms and a private patio !

The location is one of the most lively areas of the city, close Champs-Élysées, Arc de Triomphe 10 min, Louvre.
Prime location, with great cafe, restaurants, bars around. As well as catering, local traditional Parisian market and perfect place for shopping.

The host is very agreeable for us to check in early and to check out late. Very responsive to every message.

Coffee maker and microwave broken. Filthy sofas. Warped floors so unable to close back bedroom or bathroom doors. Moldy back shower. Front rain shower dribbled. Really could use a coat of paint. Renters nice but didn’t understand what we were trying to say. We have used VRBO many times. We have never rated anyone under 5. We lost $1200 as we left after a day and went to a hotel.

Casa carina e con tutto il necessario per una visita dii qualche giorno della città. Eravamo in 8, 4 adulti e 4 bambini e gli spazi sono stati più che sufficienti. Posizione perfetta, a due passi dall'Arc de triomphe e dalla metropolitana. Nelle vicinanze un bel parco con area dedicata ai bambini e locali molto carini.
