Studio élégant et confortable - Perreire

Very spacious and good for a large group. The ac was a blessing!

As a group of friends we like our own space, we also were in Paris in July heat. The property was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Had soaps, coffee, tea for us (much appreciated). The air conditioning was in every room, and there were ample bathrooms. The apartment was located in a lovely part of Paris, minutes away from the bus and metro station ( but not too close). The park was a welcome spot and we agreed it would be lovely for families.

One bedroom had a skylight that was covered and although necessary, it brought the tone of the room down and just needed to be a bit neater. (Sloppy workmanship).

Lokalita byla naprosto super. Kousek k Vítěznému oblouku a metro za rohem. Potraviny, pekárny, všechno na dosah.

Uvolnění skříní. Jsou tam velké skříně, ale jsou v nich věci na úklid. Není prostor kam si dát vlastní věci.

The apartment is clean & spacious. All kitchen amenities were available. Host is responsive.

The apartment misses little details that unfortunately annoyed us!!. Room & toilet doors does not have lock, bathrooms do not have anything that you can hang your towel or clothes on; even there is no place to put the shampoo & bodywash ... we had to put them on the bathroom floor!! The mattress of the master bedroom is not comfortable for sleeping.
