    Excellent location. Close to Eiffel Tower and shops are not far away.

    The lifts don’t work after 9pm and you have to walk up and down the stairs.

    Not a good experience at all.
    The location.
    We came to Paris to celebrate the new year. The lifts weren’t working when we got there. We had to climb up 6 flights of stairs with 10 suitcases. There is only one toilet and two showers. This is definitely misleading on the advert where it states there are two WC’s. We left on the same day and checked into hotels at short notice. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment if you are a large group.

    Do not satay at this property. Horrible Managenent. This is a shame because the unit is nice inside.
    The property location was good, the property was clean along with a nice floor plan.
    The Wi-Fi was not strong enough to stream the tv, or my computer for work. The had no AC but said their were fans for each of the bedrooms and there only 2 fans. There was not a lock box, we were told to go to the corner store to pick up our keys. The man at the store had no details on where to direct us and the instructions were confusing. Then when we arrived back home after our evening, the elevator did not work. We walked up 6 flights of steps to use the key to get in the room only to find the dead bolt was broken, see photo below. We called booking.com and they did not help. We had to get another hotel after waiting in the street for 2 hours to get a response. The manager finally responded at 2am asking if we got in. They still will not respond in writing about the elevator not working after 8pm. We cancelled the reservation and checked out and still fighting for our refund. They only refunded one night. We found out from a review that the elevator locks down at 9pm. This was never disclosed. I am submitting my photos of the broken door and when I returned the keys because their is no lock box and the management and booking.com can not be trusted. I also have an audio recording of my conversation with booking.com because they were aware of us being locked out but never called me back like they said they would. So after getting my new hotel I called them back to find out how they could resolve my cancellation etc.. I let them know I was recording the conversation. I am still trying to get my 2nd night refund. I am submitting all of this publicly as this establishment should not be allowed to rent or be forced to disclose the elevator issues.

    Great location and space
    The apartment was clean and stylish. Plenty of space for 7 adults. It was a great location, the metro stop was a block away and you could walk to the eiffle tower.
    The elevator does not work after 9pm or on Sunday which we were unaware of ahead of time. There’s no emergency number for the rental company and when we called booking.com they did not have alternate contact info and said we would have to wait until morning.

    Excelente ubicación Sillones y camas cómodas Ropa de cama y sábanas en perfecto estado Tenía cafetera , nos dejaron cápsulas de café , té y azúcar. Para invierno hay estufas y para verano ventilador Todo en perfecto estado de limpieza
    El ascensor funciona de lunes a viernes hasta las 18 y los fines de semana no funciona🤦‍♀️😂😅🤣 a subir escaleras hasta el sexto piso 🤗

    La ubicación
    El apartamento está en el último piso y el elevador es súper antiguo, y no funciona la mayor parte del tiempo, huele asquerosamente mal los baños lo que hace que el apartamento siempre huela mal. Tienes que ir por las llaves a 1 kilómetro de distancia Te piden pagar un seguro de 50 eros extras o un depósito de 2000 euros y eso te lo dicen hasta que falta solo un día de tu estancia.

    Inboedel is zoals de foto’s.
    Service was slecht. Je komt daar aan met een groot gezin, blijkt dat hun mail om de tax te betalen niet gestuurd is door hun, waardoor je buiten in de kou moet wachten totdat ze het sturen en je het betaald hebt. Dit duurt minimaal 30 min. Vervolgens denk je dat het allemaal goed is en je de appartement kan betreden, blijkt dat je de sleutel ergens anders moet ophalen. Nogmaals met een gezin 3 kleine kinderen is dat niet te doen. De sleutel moet je bij een supermarkt ophalen wat heel amateuristisch is en het blijkt dat ze de sleutel niet konden vinden en daar moesten we ook 20 min op wachten. Vrouw aan de lijn is niet echt hulpvaardig. Al me al een slecht begin van ons verblijf. Er is maar 1 wc en de appartement is koud verwarming gaat niet aan.
