We enjoyed our stay and would stay at this apartment again. The luggage storage at the central lobby was convenient.
Great space. Lots of storage and seating. Was very comfortable for two families. Beds were comfortable and warm.
The location is good for accessibility but can be very loud at night due to the proximity to the Champs Élysées. You can hear lots of sirens and clubs. We ran out of dish soap and toilet paper. There was not enough for the duration of our stay and seven guests.

Perfect place for families- highly recommend!
The location is brilliant. Close to attractions, could walk to lots of great places or a cheap uber ride. The apartment was big enough for 4 adults & 4 teenagers. There is a lift to take your luggage up as it’s 4 flights of stairs. Great kitchen & lounge room so plenty of space. There is a washing machine/ dryer too. Main bathroom has bath tub and is spacious with separate toilet. Beds were all comfortable and warm (December 🥶). Lots of places to eat nearby, and a supermarket close by. The property was clean & tidy, great communication with staff too!!
The second bathroom is very narrow, marble tiles were slippery. The taps in this slimline bathroom leak. It’s too narrow to get dressed in there. The shower head leaks so water runs down the handle while showering. It also wouldn’t stay up, shower head kept sliding down pole which made washing your hair difficult. The sink tap sprays all over the floor (the cabinet is swollen from the water).
Replace the shower head & sink tap, would make a big difference.

There was a smell going from bathroom shower need to be fixed, also some of the electrical plugs and USB connections were not working. Moreover, it is recommended that to have one staff at the property for supporting the guest in case it’s needed.

Perfect venue with perfect location
I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Paris with Sweett. The location was absolutely perfect—just off the Champs-Élysées and within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail seemed well-considered, making our stay both comfortable and enjoyable. A particular highlight was the swing in the bedroom, which my daughter absolutely loved. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Paris—an ideal choice for families or anyone looking for a memorable stay in the heart of the city.

Appartamento centralissimo e spaziosissimo ; in una posizione comodissima. A 200 metri di distanza si trova un grande supermercato; oltre a tutte le boutique presenti sugli Champes. Pulizia ottima; fornito di stoviglie nuovissime; riscaldamento indipendente e regolabile autonomamente.
Tutto perfetto. Consigliato a famiglie o gruppi di amici.

Appartement excessivement cher pour un confort à peine correct. Les finitions et l’esthétique laissent franchement à désirer — rien à voir avec les belles photos présentées sur le site, qui sont très trompeuses.
Plusieurs équipements ne fonctionnaient pas, notamment le lave-vaisselle, ce qui n’est pas acceptable à ce niveau de prix.
En résumé : un logement non conforme aux photos, au rapport qualité-prix désastreux. Vraiment pas chic du tout !

Excelente ubicación, pero pobre en instralaciones
Las ubicación y conexión para metro son excelentes. Es como un oasis de silencio, y los mecanismos de llaves digitales son un plus importante. Al frente de la calle tiene un restaurante cuya carta es de tradiciones francesas, recomiendo la copa de vino rojo y caracoles.
Si bien la ubicación es fantástica, el desastre está en sus instalaciones, nunca logré tener señal de WIFI, así que si eres un trabajador nomade no es el lugar, fueron a ver el técnico y la respuesta fue que el edificio tenía problemas y no tuve internet, al menos tenía un contrato e-sim, pero la señal no es la mejor por la ubicación. El TV es uno básico, sugiero invertir e incorporar un smart tv, es tan silencioso que necesitamos escuchar música, que solucione poniendo mi iPhone, pero espero que mejorando con un sistema de audio le daría un plus adicional. La cocina y utensilios son buenos, aunque tuve problemas con el hervidor de agua y fueron a cambiar, y que no haya un abridor de vinos es para matarlos en paris!!!. Lo que nunca entendí esto de dos baños pero un solo water, que está fuera del dormitorio, eso es válido por la arquitectura del lugar, pero ?por qué al tirar la cadena del WC sale agua del lavamanos?…. No quise pensar mucho. En fin? Es una departamento con excelente ubicación, pero que se cae en cosas simples como sus instalaciones que es como que lo sobró en la casa principal lo pasaron a este Airbnb.

Podobała mi się tylko i wyłącznie lokalizacja i okolica oraz stara kamienica.
Apartament był inny niż na pierwszych zdjęciach w ofercie, nie było informacji że to zdjęcia z kilku lokalizacji. Apartament o bardzo niskim standardzie, zaniedbany i brudny. Stół w kuchni był połamany i przez 5 dni nie został wymieniony, mimo naszych wielokrotnych próśb, nie było gdzie spożywać posiłków i stołu do pracy. Apartament nie jest klimatyzowany, są w nim NIECZYNNE i niepodłączone klimatyzatory, które podłączyliśmy na noc i obudziliśmy się zlani potem, bo z jednej strony wychodziło zimne powietrze, a z drugiej gorące. Kanapa w salonie była cała brudna i zaplamiona nie nadawała się do użytku, dopiero w drugiej dobie na naszą prośbę została wyczyszczona. W górnej sypialni i górnej łazience panował straszny smród z kanalizacji, okno w sypialni musiało być cały czas otwarte, bo inaczej miało się wrażenie że się przebywa w ściekach. Smród mimo codziennych próśb nie został usunięty. Były dwie toalety i ta na górze aż 3 razy zepsuła się spłuczka, więc się dodatkowo zapychała, dwa razy przychodził pan ją odepchnąć. Personel tylko przepraszał i nic nie robił, w dodatku wysyłał nieprawdziwe wiadomości, że niby wszystko zostało naprawione. W kółko im pisaliśmy o stole, smrodzie i klimatyzacji która miała być i żadna z tych rzeczy nie została naprawiona. Zamiast klimatyzacji na ponad 150 m2, były dwa mini urządzenia lekko chłodzące na 3 sypialnie, kuchnie i salon, które wystarczały do schłodzenia 1 pokoju. Najgorsze doświadczenie jakie mam przez kilkanaście lat. Nie polecam tej firmy. Przed wynajmem zgłaszaliśmy reklamację, że jak robiliśmy rezerwację to były inne zdjęcia, a potem pojawiły się inne jak się dopytaliśmy o szczegóły - byliśmy już 4 razy w innym apartamencie i raz już nam go podmienili, a teraz zrobili to kolejny raz. Kamienica jest od strony apartamentu od 4 miesięcy w remoncie, są rusztowania przy samym oknie i w ciągu dnia chodzą robotnicy i zaglądają do okien i hałasują.

Appartement situé à proximité immédiate des Champs-Elysées. Il correspond parfaitement à la description. 4 ème étage avec ascenseur parisien puis un étage à monter à pied. 4 chambres, 2 douches avec wc.
Rapport qualité/ prix très bien
Draps et serviettes de toilettes fournis ainsi qu’un petit kit (torchon, produit vaisselle,éponge, sac poubelle)

La douche un peu glissante et évacuation de l’eau bof
Ne pas avoir la possibilité de laisser les bagages avant et après la location (la consigne proposée est assez éloignée et ferme à 18h)

Local commercial au rez-de-chaussée converti en logement sans permission. Sombre, humide, avec les passants devant les fenêtres. En plus si les travaux sont prévus, Sweett ne mentionne pas ce fait dans l’annonce, pour vous proposer après la somme symbolique comme dédommagement. À éviter.

Quando chegamos, o elevador estava quebrado, tivemos que subir com 5 malas grandes nas mãos por 4 andares. O chuveiro da suite as vezes não funcionava o aquecedor.

Прекрасная квартира, невероятно большая, очень просторная кухня и гостевая, на втором этаже было три спальни и санузел. Красивые элементы декора, современная мебель. В спальнях удобные кровати, много комплектов полотенец. На кухне была вся необходимая посуда и техника. Прекрасный вид на закат из окон второго этажа. Очень приятный дворик с садом. Мы остались очень довольны.
К сожалению, на первом этаже не работало отопление, и находиться там можно было только в теплой одежде. В прохладные дни там можно было промерзнуть насквозь.
Также на 1 этаже не было горячей воды, и при отсутствии тепла, было очень холодно мыть посуду.
На втором этаже в одной из спален есть душевая, но горячей воды в ней также не было, поэтому приходилось пользоваться одной ванной на 5 человек, что не очень удобно, когда всем хочется помыться с утра или вечером.
У всех дверей в комнаты болтаются дверные ручки, особенно у двери в ванную (она очень сильно гремит на весь этаж - очень слышно ночью).
Не хватало вешалок - буквально 2-3 штуки на спальню. Нет уборки.
Не работал телевизор на первом этаже в гостиной.

La taille de l'appartement et la qualité des équipements, le décor moderne. Le fait que l'appartement soit en rdc sur cour, pas d'escalier à grimper !!! La propreté du lieu.
Quelques petits défauts comme la porte d'entrée qui râcle le sol, le pommeau de douche à changer, les toilettes qui se sont bouchées très rapidement (vive les sanibroyeurs ...), le chauffage de la sdb HS, et les tablettes de lit qui ne tiennent pas.
