First off, great location. Lots of restaurants, close to Champs-Elysees.
Here are the issues. It's on the fourth floor. There is an elevator but really only large enough for 2-3 people. To get in there are four different codes you have to enter (street entry, building entry, foyer entry and then the apartment). It's not a big deal, but kind of a hassle.
This will sound odd, but one of the issues are the floors. They are older wooden slats that are incredibly loud wherever you (or anyone else) walk. The main bathroom has only a tub - no shower just a shower attachment. So really only one usable shower. It is large, lots of room, but there is only living room seating for 4 or so (other than the dining table).
Overall, it was an interesting stay. I wouldn't do it again for the above reasons and I don't think it was worth the price other than the roominess of the unit.
