Superb 5 bedroom Villa 16 mins from City Centre

This was such a beautiful property and lots of fun for the kids to run around the garden

Nothing we loved the whole experience

We loved everything. There was so much space and it was fantastic to have access to the beautiful gardens. Our host reached out and answered all of our questions.

We were very happy with our stay. We did have to buy a few cleaning products and couldn't find any scissors which would have been helpful.

Amazing property, fully enclosed garden which was fantastic for the children. Plenty of space within the house.

The property was huge, the rooms were luxurious and spacious. Only 20 min drive to city centre and we got lucky with the weather so we enjoyed some time in the amazing garden! Easy to access the property, and heating and hot wired was working as well! Nothing that brings down the experience in this property, simply amazing!

Had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Everything was well organised, and we really appreciated the attention to detail. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

It was of a good size and well located in a nice area. It was warm and the host was friendly enough and communicated well until I highlighted the issues at the property then I never heared back from him.

I am not to sure where to start but using the word ‘superb’ in the title shouldn’t be allowed. The property is in a major need of a deep clean and revamp. It’s pretty run down and tired. If you’re looking to experience student accommodation inside a mini mansion then this is the place for you. It felt like a lived in abandoned house!! It’s not what it says on the tin. The dishwasher had a used dirty bowl in it which had been in there that long there was heavy mould growing on it, it had spread to the detergent drawer and all over the inner stainless steel door. No way we could use that, and there wasn’t any dishwasher tabs supplied either. Many of the kitchen drawers and cupboards were disgusting, covered in old food and grime very unhygienic. Old oil splattered behind the cooker on the tv and cooker hood very dirty. The kitchen cupboard bellow the sink had several mouse droppings in it. Along with just random old junk. Other kitchen cupboards had empty alcohol boxes in them as empty food packets. There was no cleaning or disinfectant spray supplied like stayed to clean any of the above. There was 2 disgusting over used and stained kitchen sponges that were supplied but no way we could or would use them so we had to go and buy our own cleaning products and cloths. There was only 2 glasses for drinking out of in a house that accommodates 12. (We had to go and buy our own. The kitchen utensils were non existent, the chopping knifes were blunter than a butter knife. And there was no frying pan. There wasn’t enough kitchen equipment for us to cook a meal. Some of the bedding and towels had stains on them, some of the pillows heavily stained below the case. The living room blind adjusters were broken so we couldn’t close the blinds. The large Vase at the bottom of the stairs in the entrance hall was full of trash and used face masks. Basically used as a bin and never emptied. The washing machine, hairdryer were both broken.

Loved the location. It was nice to just lock the gate and leave the world behind. The grounds were lovely for a saunter or peacefully watching the wildlife. The size of rooms were great and the host (wee wave) was lovely.

Needs a deep clean. Appliances need updated with some needing completely replaced to come up to code. The house, decor needs some TLC and would easily become beautiful again. A lot of personal belongings dotted about. A tv in the second livingroom would have been appreciated. BUT if you have any queries just text Jack and you'll get a quick and cheery response! (No faults there)

This place is amazing! It's just like the photos, but even better. The garden's huge and beautiful—perfect for the kids to play or to have a morning coffee. Inside, it's super clean and fancy, with everything easy to use. It's great for a family getaway. The area around is unbeatable. There are these cool hidden spots to catch the sunset and see the whole city.

Jack, the host, he's awesome. Answers right away, fixes any issue fast, and is super friendly.
