Everything this place is a real hidden gem the staff are fantastic and facilities brilliant tents and rooms amazing

The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Andrew and his team were incredibly friendly and helpful especially Lee and Claire

Absolutely nothing

Fantastic location, hotel and grounds were set in a very beautiful part of the country and all the staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The room was also incredibly good value for money, especially given that it included continental breakfast. The bathroom was clean and the room was homely. I had a really nice stay here!

For the cost of the room, there was very little not to like. Sure the room wasn't the most salubrious room I've stayed in, but it represented excellent value for money and was perfectly adequate. So in summary, there was really nothing that I didn't like!

The site was a lovely looking site, the views towards the bottom particularly beautiful. It had a very friendly atmosphere and very good site for families with dogs.Washing up facilities were good.

Basically felt led to believe it was going to be glamping with breakfast included, the breakfast was toast, which yes is technically breakfast so not wrong I guess, but definitely not glamping it was camping just without having to pitch your own tent, which again I would have been fine with if I knew from the off that's all it was, very over priced for what it was. The bed felt very damp. Showers and toilet seemed dirty because there were alot of people in and out using them, toilet seat was broken and nipped leg when sat down.
