We liked it all. The quiet beautiful location, the hosts Rob and Alison that were welcoming, warm and approachable, as well as the entire service.
There is a beautiful garden just outside the House with exceptional views of the surrounding hills and slopes, the cattle walking around and the small struans running over the hills.
The breakfast was great, and the hot porridge amazing. Our kids didn't want to leave the place since we spent a short, but beautiful day in the snug living room and a cozy family room upstairs.

Good breakfast. Comfy bed.
Bit scruffy. Dead flies on the window sash. Dust round tables. Shower next to useless. Intermittent internet signal.
