The staff were excellent and very attentive. Willing to go to great lengths to sort anything that needed it. The tea/coffee tray and toiletries were much more generous than most bigger places.
The spiral access staircase and the sash windows, though I was assured the hotel is about to have a makeover and I'd like to go back to see that. It's a very old hotel in a main street, so they can't be blamed for today's traffic noise.

how can one compain at that, ? a good nights sleep, very clean and presentable, so it was great value for money, just what we were looking for, fully recomended to all, many thanks to IAN & the staff,

Basic accommodation, very friendly staff, free car park to rear and close to amenities
Overall very dated and the shared bathroom could do with a refresh
