Location to the airport
We had pre booked a cot for our baby and had that verified in an email. When we turned up there was no cot set up and after travelling 3 hours and being late evening our son needed to go to bed which set us back. Once we could get into the room we realised there was no bath for him, it was a disabled bathroom with only a shower. We had no time to change rooms at this point as we needed to get him to sleep as it was going to be an early get up for our flight.
A few week after our holiday we received a parking letter from holiday inn express for staying in the hotel car park for 1 hour, this was because I had to get all the cases unloaded, checked in and sorted the room situation. I then drove the car to a long stay car park and got the bus back while my partner got my son to sleep in the hotel.
We have appealed the parking fine and rejected straight away.
Will never be staying here again.
