Nice hotel, beds were comfy and room was clean. The spa was the best part and the staff were polite.
Was annoyed that you could only use the spa between 7 and 9am for some reason in the morning and would have been better if the bar was open so they could serve coffees would have made it better. The coffee machine in the room didn’t work, room service was limited and closed at 9. The restaurant had small menu and also the service was extremely slow, to which the food plus the service didn’t satisfy the price of it all. Also would highlight that if you want to book the spa the day of arrival would highly suggest you book prior, I did email them but got no response so best to phone instead.
