The breakfast was lovely and Margaret was very pleasant, service with a smile.
There was a heating fault which resulted in my room being colder than I would have liked, but this was rectified by staff kindly providing an electric radiator.

Room given as family room is great size unfortunately you get the noise from above room .
Didn't appreciate being refused option of breakfast in breakfast room with the others.
Was offered lounge bar if waited till 9.30 on first day but refused on second day and told wait til 10am when open to public . Really should have breakfast available for all rooms that are booked. I had a child with disabilities that needed food with medication and quiet room but wasn't given this option.
