Spotless room/bathroom with a really comfortable bed and a good shower. Kettle and small fridge (sized for some milk/couple of drinks) and some DIY breakfast options available. Lovely owner - friendly, helpful and flexible. Handy car parking. Will definitely stay again: 3min walk to train station/30 mins journey time to Edinburgh made it a great base at a fantastic price.

The bird droppings on the patio table outside , difficult to control , but could have supplied a bucket and sponge

Very clean and cosy, toilet next door to room. Everything supplied tea, coffee etc. Great transport links in to the city centre. Friendly host.
Nothing, not a negative but to make future guests aware you are staying in someone’s house with a room and private bathroom. Didn’t bother us but may not suit everyone’s tastes.
