Hotel was situated in a quiet suburb and relaxing time, staff very pleasant and polite
I paid to upgrade the room only to be put in a room where all the room windows were right next to all extractor fans/vents coming from kitchen which was underneath,which you could here,book breakfast for 8am and the hot food wasn’t ready seemed to be disorganised or under staffed

Our 6th hotel in a week - we stayed here on the way back from the NC500 - without question the best hotel we stayed in over the week. Staff were exceptional. Bed was incredibly comfortable and comparable to being at home. Spotlessly clean. Excellent breakfast.
We were promised dog beds and bowls as part of the £20 extras we paid for each of our dogs, but these were not provided.

The spa was absolutely excellent! Great gym and really friendly staff.
My only comment was that there were no sockets near the bed- but was quite nice to put my phone away at night time!

The food in the restaurant was nice.
The general areas of the hotel were nice. The rooms and facilities were dated and could do with upgrading. Beds were hard and uncomfortable.
