الشقة مساحتها وايد حلوة وتصميمها عصري ومرتب، وكل زاوية فيها مرتبة بطريقة تعطي راحة وخصوصية. الصالة واسعة وفيها إضاءة طبيعية حلوة، والأثاث جديد وذوقه راقي بألوان هادئة تريح العين.
الموقع مميز وقريب من أماكن وايد حلوة، سواء مطاعم أو كافيهات أو أماكن تمشية. الطاقم تعاملهم طيب واحترافي، وخلّوا إجراءات الدخول والخروج سهلة وسريعة.
بصراحة تجربة تبيض الوجه، وإن شاء الله لنا رجعة ثانية. أنصح فيها لأي حد يدور الراحة والموقع الممتاز.

المكان موقعه مرّة ممتاز في جميرا بيتش، من أرقى وأحلى المناطق في دبي. البحر قريب جدًا، مجرد خطوات وتكون على الشاطئ، وتقدر تستمتع بالأجواء البحرية في أي وقت.
الشقة واسعة ومريحة بشكل كبير، مناسبة للعوائل وكذلك للإقامات القصيرة أو الطويلة. الغرف كبيرة ومضيئة، فيها مساحة تريحك وتعطيك خصوصية وراحة. الأسرة مريحة جدًا، وتجهيز الغرف عملي ومناسب للاستخدام اليومي.
المطبخ مجهز بالكامل بكل الأدوات والأجهزة الأساسية، يسهّل عليك الطبخ وكأنك في بيتك. الأجهزة حديثة ونظيفة، مع مساحة تخزين كافية وكل مستلزمات المطبخ متوفرة، خصوصًا للعوائل أو اللي ناوي يقعد فترة أطول.

Once we stepped into the apartment, we felt like we were transported to such a lavish, posh space. The bedroom was so beautiful, the bathroom was spacious, the kitchen was so complete, I could find everything from a tray to blenders. I would bring any guests from my country to this apartment every time they come to visit my family.

The property was located within jbr and the inside of the apartment was decently spaced for a family of 7
1. There is no proper entrance for cars to come in and go, no lobby
2. The cleaners did not come everyday to clean only once every 2 days if you wanted them to come and clean every day you would need to pay
3. When the cleaners did come, they did the bare minimum, towels had stains on them and nothing was done properly, even the coffee table and dining table had stains on them and they did not wipe them once when we were there, the kitchen had pans and pots missing along with utensils.
4. The lifts were the worst took ages for one to even come to the floor
5. Would not recommend except for the location and views - we did not move to another place because we were sightseeing all the time but even when we were in the apartment it was not that great
6. The main bedroom the toilet stank and the other toilet had some cockroaches which did not help
