Everything was great! Superb!

Once we stepped into the apartment, we felt like we were transported to such a lavish, posh space. The bedroom was so beautiful, the bathroom was spacious, the kitchen was so complete, I could find everything from a tray to blenders. I would bring any guests from my country to this apartment every time they come to visit my family.

It is a lovely place with easy access to public transport, beach, shopping.

The place is very close to public transport, about 5 minutes walk to tram, so that was great. Apartment was very large and kept my group of 14 without feeling like we are cramped up. Host was very responsive. We had chats on whatsapp and Fabio was excellent. Sleeping rooms large and very spacious. A very spacious kitchen with a view of the beach

The master bedroom which was at very end of the hall way had issues with hot water flow. Sometimes hot water does not flow, sometimes it flows but intermittently. We stayed there for 10 days.

Everything about this stay was simply outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed and taken care of. The apartment was extremely clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, with great attention to detail that made it feel like a real home, not just a place to stay. The location is perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, and all essential amenities, which made moving around very easy and convenient. The facilities were excellent, well maintained, and added real value to the overall experience.

Pathetic hospitality. Not at all maintained.

Apart from location nothing.

The caretaker/staff was pathetic. We had asked them for a crib when we booked. Infact we booked this place because they had mentioned that they do provide a crib..that crib never came. The only reply i got when i followed up was that he is very busy. For checkout i had asked him to come by 11 and check the house and refund the deposit. This was requested 1 day prior..staff came at his own sweet time…after calling 3-4 times. Wifi never worked. Had asked for another building entry key..even that never came after repeated requests.

2 steps from JBR and a few minutes from the Marina. Large, spacious and functional apartment as described. It had everything we needed, clean and homely vibe. Very helpful and available host. Would definitely recommend.

I had an amazing stay here. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and had a beautiful view. The location was perfect with easy access to the beach and amenities. Our host was fantastic and made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

Memorable stay, great service

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was comfortable with nice views and good-sized rooms. The location was perfect, only 5 minutes to Marina Mall and close to restaurants and walking paths. Everything in the apartment was clean and modern, and the beds were really comfortable. It felt like home during our stay. We're definitely planning to come back next time.

Great place to stay. Next to a tram station and marina mall. Plenty to do around the place. The stay was comfortable starting from check-in to checkout. Clean linen and bathrooms. Will certainly recommend to others and stay whenever I am in Dubai next time around.

Wonderful apartment

A very beautiful and spacious apartment I highly recommend living in it. Surrounded by a great location with lots to do. Exactly like the picture, if not better. Will highly recommend staying here. The host is super responsive and helps in answering any questions.

The property was located within jbr and the inside of the apartment was decently spaced for a family of 7

1. There is no proper entrance for cars to come in and go, no lobby 2. The cleaners did not come everyday to clean only once every 2 days if you wanted them to come and clean every day you would need to pay 3. When the cleaners did come, they did the bare minimum, towels had stains on them and nothing was done properly, even the coffee table and dining table had stains on them and they did not wipe them once when we were there, the kitchen had pans and pots missing along with utensils. 4. The lifts were the worst took ages for one to even come to the floor 5. Would not recommend except for the location and views - we did not move to another place because we were sightseeing all the time but even when we were in the apartment it was not that great 6. The main bedroom the toilet stank and the other toilet had some cockroaches which did not help

This apartment is straight-up amazing! Spacious, cozy apartment with stunning sea and city views. Bright bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and a sofa bed for extra comfort. Great location between Dubai Marina and JBR Beach. Superb views from the terrace.

Excellent appointment with very beautiful view and very spacious and clean. This place is amazing. The view is definitely lovely. This comfortably fit me and my friends. There are several bathrooms. It is close to everything in JBR. Tons of restaurants and even a nearby supermarket. You can take a short ride to Atlantis. The airport is 30 minutes away and the Dubai Mall is not far. Absolutely no complaints.

Very nice and stylish apartment, everything was completely new. Good and clean facilities in the building with a nice pool and gym. Just a throw away from everything in Marina Walk, 1 minute walk to JBR beach, Grocery in the house. Felt like home very soon. The communication with the host was perfect. They are very nice people and they took care of everything we needed or asked. We can an highly recommend the place and we definitely would return any time!

Big thumb up to the professional staff

High end luxury with professional designs, The whole stay was impressive, we loved to sit at our private pool and enjoy the water and view, we were able to view the whole palm island from this terrace, and well as the drop zone and magnificent yachts. The interior is very tastefully done, nice marble all over. Very professional staff, very good stay. Top luxury penthouse in JBR, I wish I can give a score higher than 10
