This was our 1st time visiting Dubai so chose to stay in the JBR area. The hotel sat perfectly on the beach with an amazing pool area and beach club vibe. Our room was spacious with gorgeous decor.
Everything about it was amazing!
All the staff were amazing , from the guys serving food and drinks at the pool & beach to the waiting staff inside the hotel.
Special mention to our room attendant Ali who went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. He always had the biggest smile on his face when we’d meet him in the hall and would ask us about our plans or how our day was going.
He truly was amazing at his job, a real asset to the hotel!
The only complaint we could have isn’t about the hotel it’s self it’s about the live DJ set that are on a Friday and Saturday night at the Five Luxe hotel next door. They don’t finish till around 3.30am in the morning and as our room faced that side we heard it all. Not the best!
