Would definitely recommend the hotel for all it’s facilities, food, staff and services

This was our 1st time visiting Dubai so chose to stay in the JBR area. The hotel sat perfectly on the beach with an amazing pool area and beach club vibe. Our room was spacious with gorgeous decor. Everything about it was amazing! All the staff were amazing , from the guys serving food and drinks at the pool & beach to the waiting staff inside the hotel. Special mention to our room attendant Ali who went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. He always had the biggest smile on his face when we’d meet him in the hall and would ask us about our plans or how our day was going. He truly was amazing at his job, a real asset to the hotel!

The only complaint we could have isn’t about the hotel it’s self it’s about the live DJ set that are on a Friday and Saturday night at the Five Luxe hotel next door. They don’t finish till around 3.30am in the morning and as our room faced that side we heard it all. Not the best!

Stunning views, amazing staff (Algerim assisted us) she was very helpful and friendly. All facilities necessary in hotel. Loved the pool area, very nice for an entertaining but chilled pool day. Loved the beach access

Solid 5-Star experience with great service but not extraordinarily great.

Great service.

Hard to keep the bottom of the sink clean where the water drains into (minor but crucial point for us in regards to cleanliness). Great hotel but more expensive than many similar hotels close by where we have stayed. As I paid more for Rixos than for other similar 5 star hotels I expected more. It said to expect the celebrity treatment and that we certainly did not get.

Ismail the manager is awesome, he helped us the first day as our flight arrived early and also made sure that once my brother and his baby arrived there room will already be available, amazing gesture and was helpful with any little details, very good customer service 10/10

Can't have your own make up artiste or glam team. They only want you to use their spa services even after I told them their spa didn't cover the services I needed. They gave me a hard time. Additionally, it is very loud on Saturday nights due to five next door.

Enjoyed our stay, room always clean and cleaning staff always turned down room in evening, always asking if there was anything else we needed. Hotel staff were always helpful. Breakfast buffet was good. Azure Beach Club, the staff were amazing. The front of house staff were amazing in getting taxi's for us, and helping us to our room with luggage and shopping. Hotel was always immaculate and always smelt good. Will be returning to the hotel again.

Breakfast was the only likeable thing, staff there were brilliant.

Staff at reception were cold and unresponsive. Beach club was frustrating. Hotel is too busy especially the outside felt like a strip club with random people was awful. Difficult to get taxis. My room stank of cigarettes it made me sick.

Luxurious, clean, good location

Spent two night at Rixos JBR. From the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed by very professional staff, from concierge, to receptionist (Berna) who was very friendly and professional. Rooms and bathrooms were modern,spacious, and very clean. Room was equipped with everything you might need. Their breakfast selection was huge, almost everything you can imagine, one of the best, if not the best I’ve come across. Their lobby is breathtaking especially in the afternoons.

Hotel was nice but seems the rooms are a bit dated now.

Asked for a cot for the baby, wasn't ready when we arrived. Called reception around 4 or 5 times before it finally got delivered to our room at about 11pm. Not good enough after our long trip arriving to the hotel.

1. Deposit of AED 2000, however they reduced to AED 500. We asked them to remove minibar but a minimum deposit of AED 500 was still required. 2. Bidet was not working initially. Staff had to fix it. 3. Some crumbs on the carpet, living room was not cleaned properly

Excellent staff and service, as someone who is gluten free the kitchen made me fresh gluten free pancakes every morning and the staff remembered my dietary requirements. Superb stay at the Rixos, we will be back.

Amazing resort and amazing stay

The property was absolutely gorgeous and modern, everything was very clean and the staff were phenomenal. From the moment we arrived they were so kind and considerate, offering us breakfast while we waited for our room. They even gave us an upgrade! The resort was very family friendly and was so kind to our one year old. They even brought him a belated birthday cake and decorated our room. We also had a great experience with the babysitting service as well. We would absolutely recommend staying here and we’ll be back.

Very good location, close to almost everything and the staff was very friendly and helpful about all things dubai, also we had a good experience with the travel agency located near the concierge.

Probably the best hotel on JBR

Luxurious, even by Dubai standards.

Sundebs were problematic all the time. When you pay so much for your stay, there must be no problem having a sunbad. I understand that facilities are huge and there is not enough territory for everyone in the hotel to have a sunbad, but when the hotels charges you to get sunbads its really unacceptable. Even more unacceptable is that people from outside, not living in the hotel, could book and have the sunbads.

The best holiday of my life. Luxury. Relaxing. Stunning.

The staff went above and beyond for us - could not have asked for more. Especially the boys around the azure beach club pool and the people at breakfast who knew our coffee order and had a table waiting for us every morning. Honestly these little touches just made the holiday and really gave us that 5* luxury experience. I would never usually return twice to the same hotel but I already can't wait to re book this one !!!

Maria managed to secure us a room with a stunning view in our second week, enhancing our experience even further. Chef Arish's perfect omelettes started our mornings on a high note, and Bilal kept our coffee cups brimming with excellent brews all morning long. Bishal, meanwhile, made sure every reflective surface, especially the elevator mirrors, was immaculate, showcasing the pride taken in every aspect of the hotel's maintenance. Because of the exceptional service and the welcoming atmosphere, we extended our stay by an additional week, which speaks volumes about our satisfaction.
