An excellent 6 relaxing days spent in an idyllic location…fabulous!

Our second time in this beautiful hotel. The pools and outside community areas are always kept immaculate. The staff are always attentive and friendly without being overly intrusive, one of the friendliest hotels we’ve stayed at. Being on the Walk, the location is perfect for visiting all of the normal tourist attractions especially the marina area and the al ain lsland and wheel. Used the hotel’s executive car service to travel up to Abu Dhabi…outstanding! Finally, the breakfast menu is the perfect start to a day, sitting outside in the covered gazebo was an added bonus !

The Library Bar and its amazing staff is a great place to linger between meetings. Overall the staff was excellent. There was never a wait for anything. Friendly, quick and very attentive. We will definitely be back.

Not worth the money.

Room was ok, clean and tidy, comfy bed.

Just not up to the level you would expect. It’s clean and tidy and has most amenities but things like the swimming pools being in shade most of the day from the hotels next door aren’t great. The food at the restaurants not the best either. Booked the new years eve banquet, never again. Absolute fortune for an average buffet.

Be prepared to wait at least 10 minutes to be seated for breakfast as the breakfast area does not accommodate a lot of people. The rooms are stuffy and have a lot of dust.

It’s Time to Renew the Hotel and Rebuild the Guest Experience

We’ve always considered this hotel our favorite beachfront escape in Dubai, especially when traveling with our children. The location, the beach atmosphere, and the overall layout of the resort remain beautiful and relaxing.

A Disappointing Stay.. I’m writing this review in the hope that it helps the management bring the Ritz-Carlton JBR back to the standard we’ve always known and appreciated. My family and I have stayed at this property many times over the years. It has always been our favorite beachfront hotel in Dubai especially when traveling with children. This time, however, my wife and I visited alone for a quiet, relaxing stay by the beach, and unfortunately the experience was far below what we’ve come to expect. From the very first day, there was a noticeable decline in service quality, particularly when it came to attentiveness and professionalism from the staff something I never imagined I would say about the Ritz-Carlton. On Day 1, while sitting on the beach, I tried to order a drink through the QR code as instructed by the team. I placed the order, stayed there for almost three hours, and nothing was ever delivered. Throughout that time, staff presence was minimal, and it was difficult to even find someone to follow up with. It didn’t feel like the level of hospitality the Ritz-Carlton is known for. Day 2 was even more disappointing. I had a delivery scheduled and informed the courier to leave it at the reception, providing my room number. However, the concierge refused to accept it and asked the courier to call me repeatedly. Since I was at the beach, I didn’t notice the calls. This eventually led to several phone calls to the room, waking my wife from her rest, followed by a rather abrupt request from the hotel to come downstairs to collect the package. I went to the reception myself and explained the situation to the Duty Manager, Anna. Instead of ownership and problem-solving, the response felt defensive with regulations/excuses that they don’t follow. What made it more frustrating is that a day before, I had ordered from the same store and the hotel accepted the delivery without any issues as it should be.

The quality of food in the hotel’s restaurants has noticeably declined. In the restaurant by the 18+ pool, they even served tap water pretending it was bottled water. In the room where we stayed, the shower and sink faucets were uncomfortable to use, and the sink got clogged and was never cleaned.

Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai Marina was once again wonderful – our sixth visit, thanks to the outstanding staff who make every stay so special and the main reason we keep returning is the outstanding staff. The breakfast team – Hnin, Nagesh, Maria, Monalisha, Win, and Sai – brighten every morning with their smiles and perfect service. At Guest Service, Ariel and Kuram were always helpful and kind. Apsara and Giurung from Housekeeping kept our room spotless, while Agû and Kemal at the pool and beach made our days relaxing and comfortable. Finally, many thanks to Mr. Ansari at the Front Desk for his warm professionalism and hospitality. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton Dubai was nothing short of exceptional. We were celebrating our anniversary and arrived to a beautiful bouquet of flowers, a personalised card with our photo, and a delicious cheesecake — such thoughtful touches that made our stay unforgettable. The room was stunning with panoramic views over the sea and pool. We especially loved the La Baie Lounge — an adults-only haven with sports on the huge outdoor TV, relaxing poolside vibes, and incredible staff who waited on us throughout the day. The food at the pool was outstanding — the Signature Burger was one of the best we’ve ever had. We also spent an evening at Tamoka, which had such a vibrant, energetic atmosphere. The food there was equally fantastic and made for a perfect night out without leaving the resort. Every part of our stay was 5-star — from the service to the setting — and we’re already looking forward to returning.

On May 25th, when I settled our account, it was again Marco who assisted us with the same grace and attention to detail. He left a lasting impression — a true gentleman and a credit to the Ritz-Carlton team. A very special thank you to Karla and the Ritz-Carlton Concierge Team, who organized an unforgettable birthday surprise for my wife on the evening of May 24th. When we returned to our room, we were overwhelmed by the beauty: elegant decorations, a delicious birthday cake, and an absolutely stunning bouquet of roses. It was magical and heartfelt — something we will never forget. The room itself was spacious, luxurious, and spotless, with breathtaking ocean views. Housekeeping visited multiple times a day, always leaving the room in pristine condition and often surprising us with creative towel arrangements and small, thoughtful touches. Everything in the room was constantly checked and maintained — a true standard of excellence. We also enjoyed access to the Club Lounge, where breakfast and all-day culinary offerings were consistently outstanding. Hotel is beautiful, staff were fantastic, everyone was so lovely and happy and a special mention to the team cleaning the rooms for the fantastic job they do, not only with the rooms but in keeping you smiling every day with the characters they make out of towels, plus the fact they knew it was my birthday and left a cake with a lovely message and with flower petals. fabulous hotel with amazing service and perfect location.

we have stayed 3 times with our family and keep coming back its one of the last low level hotels in JBR and adds to the wow factor with the monumental sky scrapers towering over you. the location is perfect that you can relax and unwind but have the option to venture out for things to do if you wish. the service is a love and beyond and they make you feel like its home from home. The club room is a must and adds that extra touch of luxury and pamper to your stay. would highly recommend.

The hotel is only 6 floors, it’s like an oasis in the hustle and bustle of Dubai. The pool areas are good, the beach is lovely, the staff are all really friendly. The spa and gym are good too. The room was spacious and comfortable and the club access is great as well.

Perfect stay

Very good location. Big territory with garden and sport activities. Nice pool. Nice restaurants on territory, specially La Baye. Very friendly staff. In spite of noise from the construction of a skyscraper and disco all night on a closest building it was quietly in a room. Good and clean beach. My recomendation for sure!

Pillows - that what need to be improved. Not comfortable sleep. One is very thick. Put 2 is too much. Will be nice to have pillows different size in a room. Crabs in a water on a beach. There are a lot of crabs in a sea in front of the hotel. They bite feet. For adults it is not a big problems. But it is problem for kids. They afraid to swim after few bites.
