Good location, friendly staff. BUT booked a sea view with balcony room. Got a very partial sea view from one bedroom window. Balcony and other windows overlooking side street. Low down floor 1, so no real view at all. Biggest problem though, the rooms are so dated. Ours stank of damp. Our clothes all smelt, the beds were damp. To the extent we had to have the balcony doors open all the time and air our clothes on the balcony. I've now got a chest infection from it. Definitely stay away from this hotel. Hilton has gone very down hill!

Hi i stayed at the Hilton on the walk, The staff were amazing and couldn’t help you more. But for the hotel its self was dated, the breakfast area is too small for the amount of guests the que on a morning was next level, so many people complaining again staff on point! Next the pool the first pool is tiny, and sun bed all taken by towels early! So you can use the other Hilton hotels pool again not a chance you can sit round there until around 6 at night, so then you head to a new area thats not finished and under construction and you are trying to relax on the beach all you can hear is building work and at no point did i see that anywhere! Beach great loads of restaurants near by to and walking distance and theres also the marina near by to. Again it wasn’t for the staff

This hotel does not meet Hilton standards and should be rated as a lower category. It is far from what one would expect from Hilton. We experienced a significant delay during check-in, with no room available even at 5:30pm. The restaurant was overcrowded, and the space is very limited, making it uncomfortable for guests.

I would like to say the the biggest positive for this hotel were the staff - they were helpful, welcoming, polite and friendly. However, some of the negatives are that the hotel was very very dated, in the lobby area exposed wiring could be seen behind chairs etc, flooring in the suites was poor and very scratched and I was very shocked that some services were not available. Expedia lists that there is a shopping centre shuttle - not available during my stay or the staff were not aware of it, and for someone without a car, this was a must when booking the hotel. Several of the facilities at the sister Hilton hotel were not available due to the severe construction being carried out, so for the residents of two hotels to use 50 sunbeds on the beach, and very limited space at a second pool was very disappointing to say the least. Money was therefore spent on beach clubs that didn't need to be had, at the time of booking, this been made clearer.

We had a 5 night stay here and enjoyed being able to use the facilities between the interlinked Hilton hotels however a large portion of the beach was closed off due to renovations which was disappointing. A Had we been informed prior to our stay we may have chosen a different hotel. If you are looking for a hotel that is conveniently located, decent food and spacious rooms although dated then this hotel is an ideal choice.

There is major building work been undertaken within the hotel, the grounds and the pool is closed and they are working through the day and night cutting metal and drilling. There is no private beach and the section that is available all the beds are touching with no personal space, anyone can access these and it is a free for all. I would not return this ruined our holiday.

Staff is very polite, respectful and very kind. Room was very very nice, large and clean. This hotel is in the Centre of Dubai Marina I suggest only to change sometime the breakfast. I will come back again in this Hotel

Suite was very spacious and staff were helpful with any issues we had. Biggest problem is parking and having to get out the car every day and go in the hotel and ask someone to come out and lower the barrier in the spaces. Each guest should be provided a fob to do this themselves. Also not enough lifts takes forever to get to your floor. However this are minimal issues and the hotel met our expectations and the staff were very formerly and helpful.

The hotel staff was unable to check us in 2 hours after check-in time. It was super slow. Also the elevators take forever to come. The hotel staff use the same elevators as general guests so the wait time for elevators is always more than 10-15 mins.

Highly recommend this hotel! It was outstanding! All staff are so welcoming, polite and kind. The staff really go out the way to help and support you throughout your stay. Will definitely be coming back to this hotel. A huge thank you to Elouisa, Dipti, Heba, Eva, Hazel. I had a situation with the payment and something else and all of these staff were really understanding and helpful! Everything was perfect here. Will definitely be coming back to stay here! Thank you everyone!
