    Our staycation at Hilton was amazing! We were able to avail of a fantastic promotional offer, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, comfortable, and excellent in every way. Although we didn't get a sea-view room, we still absolutely loved our accommodation. I was so overwhelmed by the experience that I forgot to take photos! The staff were incredibly accommodating and professional. Special thanks to Caroline at the reception, who was very kind, welcoming, and informative. Even though it was a holiday and the hotel was very busy with many guests, she took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel valued. I would also like to commend Eloisa and Christine for their excellent service. The housekeeping team was equally amazing, ensuring that everything was clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay memorable. We look forward to staying with you again!

    First day experience was really bad, we were really tired after the flight. And we were given room on UG floor. That room had no sea view the floor was very minimum. All the view was blocked. They promised to change the room next day, but because of that we weren't able to unpack the bags the same day. They promised 2 rooms on 15th floor for remaining stay. But then sea view room was given only on 4th floor. The second room was given on 15th Floor with sea view without balcony which indeed was not my booking and they still gave it. But this doesn't help me. I should have been given one sea view room with balcony on floor 15. this is what I paid for. Second room for me was city view, I don't mind having second room on lower floor without sea view. We as a family wanted a good view of new year fireworks at least from one room. And that really made us sad and disappointed. There is nothing else to complain about, rest all facilities, breakfast, staff were good. But I respectfully feel we didn't get the sea view room for which I paid the money
