A decent hotel on Jumeirah Beach with friendly, attentive staff and spacious rooms. The beds were comfortable, but the bathrooms felt worn and outdated, with a shower over the bathtub. The hotel overall appears slightly dated. The balcony offered a beach view, though it was very small. The pool area received little sun until the afternoon. Considering the price, the experience felt somewhat expensive for what was offered. The Greek restaurant by the pool stood out, serving excellent food and delicious drinks

The room was good and staff were friendly. Only issues were that water was not consistently hot for showering, there was a significant period of time on the day we arrived that we could not use the water meaning that we could not shower or use the toilet and we were advised on another day that the lifts would be unavailable due to a scheduled fire drill.

Whilst the room was a little tired (the shower was in the bath and some of the furniture was marked, with drawers not operating properly) it was okay. Cleaning was good and breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately, the pool didn’t get the sun (mid-November), but the hotel provides beach towels and sun brollies f.o.c.

Hotel cancelled my booking 3 days before the check in and asked me to rebook with double price offer. Rooms have dirty smell, staff is not friendly even they do not help us to find a taxi from the street. It was the terrible experience I ever had in Dubai.

Beautiful hotel with a great view towards the Palm from our room. We had connecting rooms for our family of 5, and had plenty of space. Kids really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Lots of dining options in the hotel and nearby. Would stay again.

Firstly, the room was very clean and i had a great view of the sandy beach, the biggest ferris wheel, the night lights - all from my bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful, great service from the concierge to the front desk to the restaurant servers. The location was central, easy to many restaurants and groceries nearby, it was also near the sightseeing buses.

We got a room upgrade with the full view on Ain Dubai. Gym was very good with 24hrs access. Pool was also fine bud the low part was u only get 3hrs of sun a day… and they dont have private beach (sunbeds and shades). If u want some u have to pay (119-125 AED/person). Overal great hotel with even better location.
