A pleasant stay within a fabulous location

Located in a really good place close to jbr beach. The staff were really kind and friendly. Especially the cleaning staff - a special thanks to subho and subroto. My husband used the gym facilities and said they were good. Really liked the fact the heated the outdoor pool, so we could actually used it. The apartment was very spacious and exceeded our expectations.

Occasionally the water wasn’t hot for showers. Breakfast was very chaotic and we didn’t always get table and had to go to the other side which was a cafe

Location and comfy bed

I did not get the view that was shown on the pictures as I was given a 1st floor apartment. In the bathroom, the shower drained very slowly; every shower flooded the entire bathroom. Disgusting.

Overall, the stay was awesome.

The entire stay was wonderful. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The food was delicious, both at breakfast and through room service. There was an incredible view of the sea and the surrounding skyscrapers. The location is excellent, with dozens of cafés and shops nearby, and the waterfront is just a six-minute walk away.

The facilities were not very new, with some scratches on the walls and the room door. The same was true in the breakfast restaurant. However, this did not spoil the stay in any way.

Poor customer service shocking! over all not worth your while! don’t waist your time!

Absolutely nothing!

You check in… into a car park, fuel consumption to the lungs is awful! Get met by very rude and unhelpful staff like your a hindrance to check in and be there! Be careful booking a room for a family upon checking in they said yes family room one bed! For you four human beings to share!! Health and safety at its finest and unacceptable!! They charged us extra for a bigger room we got to the room there was medication found, room was very unclean, shower leaking! Through the shower doors, checked out early due to the staff being very rude and my kids feeling uncomfortable, they wait till you walk passed before mumbling under there breath about you like you can not raise a issue because again your making them deal with it! And you are the hindrance! Appalling experience!

Great stay with excellent staff, comfortable rooms, and a well-located hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for 8 days and everything went very well. This was my second time choosing this hotel in Dubai, which shows my overall satisfaction. The staff are very professional, welcoming, and always helpful. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and the hotel is well located. A special thank you to Arun, who took care of cleaning the room. He did an excellent job and was always very kind and attentive.

The only small point for improvement, in my opinion, would be the breakfast buffet, which is quite repetitive and the same as last year. A bit more variety would be appreciated, especially for longer stays.

Clean, comfortable and we really enjoyed our staying !

- clean - tasty food and a good options for vegetarians (seafood and fish always we’re at open buffet) - helpful front desk - location is really great (Dubai marina - 10 minutes by walk and beach - 5 minutes) - a good choice for staying with family (we traveled with 2 kids- 2yo and 4mo) We also had a chance to get invitation for switching on Christmas lights. Kids got presents from Santa and we got a really nice show!!!! If I would travel once more again to Dubai I will definitely book once more again here

The room wa very big, the bathroom was clean,the beds are comfortable.

The breakfast was awful. Not fresh. The room was smelling very badly. It literally smelled strongly of mold. I also had difficulty breathing while sleeping at night. Since the window couldn’t be opened and the air conditioner was too cold, we had a very difficult night.“It was a hotel we stayed at for just one night. We stayed in room 1304. When we went down for breakfast in the morning, they had emptied our room without our knowledge or consent. Moreover, the check-out time was 12:00 and it was only 10:00. Our suitcases were open, our belongings were lying around. They had thrown away our toothpaste and toothbrushes that were in the bathroom. They even closed our suitcases themselves, even though normally no one should touch an open suitcase or bag. When I returned to the room, none of my belongings were there. The room had been cleaned. They had checked out the wrong room. I also spoke with the hotel manager in Cologne. I received an arrogant answer like ‘There might have been a mistake.’ They didn’t even offer a single suggestion to address my dissatisfaction. We couldn’t even brush our teeth. It was a terrible experience. I will never stay there again and I would not recommend it to anyone.”

Location was great. Angelo in the restaurant was brilliant so attentive so friendly.the house keeping staff were lovely. Their manager MR Walid was so fantastic at listening and resolving issues he was so calm patient and just so customer focussed he was brilliant at his job. The Marina is a short walk away which is lovely for evening walks

Paid for half board but didnt like the food options.breakfast was good.Sam at reception needs to work on his customer service skills and learn to listen and resolve problems instead of being rude, smirking when someone is talking. Traffic was horrendous due to some road works it was really noisy and busy most of the time at the lights

Good stay

The location was great, 2 min walk to JBR, 5 min walk to the beach. Plenty of supermarkets within the vicinity. The 1 bedroom apartment was big and spacious and had everything we needed. On our 5th day we had a strong smell of paint coming from the AC due to renovations in the upstairs rooms and we complained to reception. The Manager Sue was very helpful and offered us an upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment which was beautiful. They provided us with an apology card and fresh fruit and sweets for the inconvenience which was a nice gesture. Thank you Sue. I would stay here again.

It was excellent, relaxing and we really enjoyed it!

Our stay was exceptional from the valet parking, reception, room, amenities and buffet breakfast! Staff were very accommodating especially the one who handled our luggages (sorry I forgot his name) and Mio during breakfast! Value for money and the food is great! 😊🫶

The rooms on the lower floor is quite old but it was explained that they are renovating it soon, hence, not a big deal. 😊

Very good price for a very central location. Parking was never full. One bedroom at 1000 square feet was a great size. 5 minute walk from the restaurants and beach of JBR. Breakfast was reasonably good too.

Lovely surprise on my birthday, July 17th

This is my fourth stay at this wonderful hotel, perfectly located near the JBR beach . The welcoming and helpful front desk staff always doing their best to make each stay more enjoyable, especially " Ruqayya " very kind , helpful and polite , special thank to the housekeeping staff Kali and Arun, who surprised me with a beautifully arranged room on my birthday, July 17th — a gesture that truly made my day unforgettable. The cleanliness is exceptional, with daily towel changes and room service maintained to the highest standard. The entire team is friendly, attentive, and deserves all the best. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets are varied , offering a selection of dishes that I truly enjoy. I especially fell in love with the Indian Masala Tea which I discovered here, as well as the delicious traditional Arabic desserts like she’reya, custard, and Umm Ali — a wonderful variety that speaks to the hotel’s attention to detail. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a prime location, excellent service, and great value for money.

Value for money with large old room

It was a one-bedroom apartment, so very spacious. Had a proper bathroom and one more toilet. Bed was comfortable. Oven and fridge were available. Dining table and sofa bed were good. City view is not much correct as view was to courtyard, can see other similar buildings. Location was superb, very close to beach and other JBR attractions. Parking is available. Check out was fast.

Check in takes more time than usual, some staff appears to be so busy that they cannot attend the customers properly. There should be more counters for busy hours. The staff who is busy doing other stuff should not be there on front desk, one gentleman who standing there told me to go and sit when I approached first time and told will call my name, it was not warm, and he don't know my name to call as he didn't ask any details. Room looks old, you will feel you are in a grandma's house. Room floor can be cleaner; second bathroom do not have shower. Fridge looked beaten up. Swimming pool is small and full of people. Breakfast is a kind of mess in morning - seating can improved, very limited options, so many items that nobody will be interested to eat. Taste was particularly not there, coffee machine was giving only milk, actually there was no proper coordination or control over situations by staff in duty. Elevators are old - the floor displays are not working on the floor we stayed. Entering to hotel by car - if you are coming first time, you have to be careful as the entrance to service road is about 100m before the entrance to hotel.

Fantastic Stay – Even Better the Second Time!

This was our second time at Ramada JBR, and we loved it just as much! The location is perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and all the best spots in Dubai. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade from a Deluxe Room to a One-Bedroom Suite, which made our stay even more special. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended—we’ll definitely be back again!

We would like to thank the hotel for the birthday compliments given to us, my husband felt very special for the birthday cake, room setup and most specially for the complimentary room upgrade - From a Deluxe twin to a one bedroom apartment :-) To highlight the things we love the most: We do appreciate a quick, easy and smooth check in, It was great not having to wait at all. The location is superb, the walk is just at the back side of the hotel, with great view of the AIN Dubai, there's plenty of dining options outside but we did not regret of having a full board meal stay, We are very much welcomed by accommodating staffs and special mention to Rovelyn and Saad from the restaurant, the pool attendants (I forgot to get their names) and Hussein from Housekeeping who attended to our requests. Overall our short stay was awesome, salute to all the staffs... and thank you for giving your best in serving with extra mile! We are looking forward to come back soon!

I think the only thing that we don't like is the access going to the pool, because you have to pass by the pool shop, which is fully air conditioned and it makes you feel very cold after a hot temperature outside everytime you pass by.

Lovely stay with a fantastic view, amazing upgrade, and great staff — would definitely come back!

We originally booked the most basic room but were surprised with a free upgrade to a massive two-level suite with two bedrooms, a huge living room, panoramic windows, and a breathtaking view of Dubai Marina. It truly made our stay special! The hotel isn’t brand new, but everything was clean, well-maintained, and fully functional. Staff were super kind and welcoming — we really felt taken care of.

There were only two glasses and two mugs in the whole suite — no wine glasses or additional kitchenware, which was a bit disappointing. Also, during tourist season the breakfast line can get very long, so be ready for a bit of a wait.

rooms need updating as they are quite old, towels old and not clean had to ask for clean towels, hot water stopped working, hairdryer didn't work, partial sea view not available even though that was what we booked,
