Great comfortable place near many amenities with great staff to make it enjoyable

The location was close to restaurants, marina, grocery stores, etc. The metro was also walking distance.

The couch could be cleaner and would add a small pot for warming up milk

A wonderful stay in the Dubai marina

The location with easy access to the beach, shops and the metro, Room size and facilities with a small heated pool. Water tea and coffee supplied daily. The price for what you get/experience was very reasonable.

It was OK for us, but some may consider the furniture to be dated/a bit worn.

Good value but needs updating

Great value for money and a good location if you want a relatively short walk to the beach and nightlife.

For the money I can't complain but my room I was given had no balcony or windows to open. Water pressure and temperature was rubbish, plus every time you first turned on taps/shower etc brown dirty water came out for the first 5 secs so I certainly would avoid using tap water here. Pool was also a little disappointing but I chose to go to the beach.

Happy here! Daily cleaning. Kitchenette. Small pool and gym on rooftop. Near to mosque.

Okay overall but receptionist can be friendlier.

It was super clean, the cleaner did his best job.

One of the receptionists from Nigeria was really rude and seems like she hates her job. Even the secirity guard at JBR Hostel is friendlier than this receptionist.Also the deposit takes 14 days to return. So annoying.

the rooms were very clean and fragrant. the hotel staff very helpful. The lifeguard Mr. Ganesh was very helpful on the pool, we were with a very small baby. Thank you

Good location. Close to the beach, the marina promenade and to the metro. Friendly staff. Comfortable large bed.

There was a bad smell in the room that we could not escape. We changed the room after one night, but it had the same smell. There were some other guests that complaint about it. The room is not very clean, but acceptable.

rooms and hotel is always ok plus good location

completely unprofessional approach when it comes to check-in. Staff didn't care there's ppl waiting about hour and was dealing uselessly 30min with a guy that was probably first time in any hotel and didn't want to pay deposit. Then staff let some random person to start pushing some change of booked name to another (shady looking) people for next 30+min. At the end I got checked-in on waiting couch like a dog WTF. Didn't experienced this even in poor countries, the heck, we are paying customers, and you are located in Dubai marina, not Kandahar.

personal on reception can cheat about deposit: block amount 200aed like deposit on card, told that will return in 3 days, after they change opinion on 1 week, and already 2 weeks no money. also guy on reception was very rude, like he hate his job.

furniture is too old. there is black mold on a ceiling in a bathroom. there is no any hood in a kitchen. too noisy. the bed is bad.
