we have stayed in the Marina Byblos on 2 occasions before. The location is excellent. the staff are very friendly and attentive. The food is very acceptabe and good value for money. The rooftop pool area works well and the bar and food is very comfortable. The Spa area is small but good value.
the cleanliness of the room and bathroom could be much better with very little effort. To clean the grouting on the tiles in the shower and around the wash hand basin and on the floor beside the bath would make a huge difference to the overall feel of the bedroom.

The cleaning and desk staff at the front were wonderful. The pool and the attendants were amazing.
Lifts were awful and was not aware of the works in the lobby until I had made the booking. The steam and sauna room were not on and once on were very poor considering over hotels I have stayed at. There were stains in the bath tub and the remote did not work until third day of the stay. I had booked transfer through booking.com but had to get taxi due to misunderstanding of return booking.
