    We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They made us feel comfortable from check-in until check-out. The room was clean, the facilities were great, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the amazing team for making our stay so enjoyable.     1. Fine hotel built in 2018/2019. 2. Katrien at reception is amazing. 3. Location is great. 4. Facilities are okay. 5. Pool is all right. 6. Distance to JBR is okay. 7. Very close to DMCC metro. 8. Basically, everything you expect. The only downside is laundry, that is too expensive. There is nearby laundry, so I took it there.

    My husband and I had a very uncomfortable stay as we were unable to get proper sleep due to the excessive dust in the room. It caused significant throat dryness overnight, and by morning, we were both experiencing symptoms of Allergic rhinitis. We hope the hotel can improve its cleaning standards to ensure a healthier environment for guests.
