The beds were the worst ,extremely dirty like old grime dirt and the breakfast is bad and so crowded to many people not enough space nor staff to accommodate guests The shuttle to the beach is 15 to 20 minute drive and limited availability we hired and uber to take us . The beach club is attached to another hotel crowded ,expensive and not that great of a beach .i seldom beed to write a bad review but this hotel is overpriced and even if it was a better rate i wouldn't go back!!

Location convenient for Marina area and local shops. Traffic easy to find..taxi, Uber. Hotel shuttle for the beach and activities. Didn’t eat at the hotel, but room was clean and bright. Staff were helpful. Great for tourists. Quite busy most of the time.

Our recent stay at your hotel was unfortunately one of the worst experiences we’ve had. Despite booking an early check-in and being told rooms were available, we were kept waiting in the lobby for hours. Even after explaining that we had small children with us, we were denied access to our rooms. We had booked four rooms, yet they were all placed in the worst parts of the hotel, with no view, and our family was split across different floors. The front desk staff, especially SOLEIMAN and his supervisor, were extremely unhelpful, unfriendly, and lacked any sense of customer service. Breakfast was a major letdown — not only was the quality poor, but they even tried to deny us breakfast that was included in our booking. Basic bathroom amenities like cotton swabs were also missing, which is unacceptable in any hotel claiming to offer decent service. Even accessing other floors to see our family was made difficult. Staff refused to help us with the elevator using their keycards. The overall attitude of the staff made it clear they had no interest in guest satisfaction. This experience was deeply disappointing. We expected at least basic hospitality, but instead received cold and careless treatment. NEVER GO THERE

The staff are very nice and friendly the area is in marina not far from marina walk you need to cross the bridge to be in marina the rooms are clean but not taking cear of the curtains are dirty and the carpet in the room next to the bed it was dirty same smell. The breakfast is was not so good the fruits was the best. But for the price i think is good not a 5 start hotel i will give 3 stars but next time I will not go to the same hotel.

The hotel was nice. We had some amazing staff members who made our stay memorable. The pool is not really worth it. We went to other pools/beach clubs during our stay. The beach club that is affiliated with the hotel is a bus ride away and you have to pay and book. When we went to the tours desk the lady was so rude we didn’t bother booking. I was also quite surprised by the front desk.. we were not given any of our gold member rewards. In fact we were told that we didn’t have benefits as we had booked via an outside source and not through the hotel. So that was a bit disappointing. All in all the price and the service were well matched.

The staff , from the security / porters at the entrance to housekeeping have been amazing. They are very friendly, helpful and professional. Every one of them , contributed to me really feeling at home. They will always come to you within a minute once they see you looking stranded. Professionalism par excellence is exhibited especially at rush hours during breakfast and at the reception. Since I started my yearly visit to Dubai this is the first time I have really enjoyed my hotel experience. My rating is 20/10! That is how much I have enjoyed my stay! Keep it up and be sure I will be recommending this hotel to my friends. Thank you!

Our whole experience was great. We loved the option of free shuttle service, however it did book out pretty fast. Complimentary Soluna beach access was an highlight. All staff is very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The only negative thing is that on multiple occasions we were told to go to concierge desk but we have never seen a single person at the concierge desk even though we checked several times a day. The entrance/lobby is pretty small and was always very busy, which makes it a not very relaxing entrance and first impression. The breakfast buffet had a ton of variety and excellent options. Coffee was good, but one or two machines seemed to be non-working about half of the time. We loved the proximity of the hotel to Dubai Marina and the fact that we could walk to most places.
