I recently stayed at Pearl Marina Hotel Apartments, and I am genuinely impressed by the outstanding hospitality and service offered by the entire team. From the moment I arrived, every staff member went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, seamless, and truly memorable. A heartfelt thank you to the Front Office team — Abdullah, Mansi & Mitzi— for the warm welcome, smooth check-in, and for consistently ensuring that the room and facilities were to my satisfaction. Your professionalism and courtesy made a real difference. The Bell Captain and Bell Boy, [Bell Ad and Farhan deserve special recognition for always greeting me with a smile and assisting with luggage, taxis, laundry, and any information I needed. Their friendliness and readiness to help set the tone for a wonderful stay. A big thank you to Housekeeping Manager Mousami, whose leadership clearly shows in the team’s exceptional work. The housekeeping standards are truly excellent. I would especially like to acknowledge Jawaid from housekeeping. His attention to detail and genuine care stood out throughout my stay — whether it was ensuring my room was spotless, providing water bottles, managing ironing board replacements, or keeping the kitchen and bathroom refreshed with clean towels. His service was consistently thoughtful, prompt, and outstanding. My appreciation also goes to the team at The Market Restaurant for their warm hospitality and delicious food. Every interaction was a pleasure, and every meal was enjoyable. Finally, thank you to the Security team — Seihan and Roshan — for always being vigilant, courteous, and welcoming. Your presence added an additional layer of comfort and safety during my stay. Overall, Pearl Marina Hotel Apartments delivers an exceptional guest experience through a team that truly cares. I look forward to returning and will gladly recommend this property to anyone seeking a comfortable, friendly, and well-managed place to stay in Dubai.

Traffic can get a bit congested but it’s not the property, I guess it’s the traffic in general during peak hours worldwide.

Basic needs like towel toiletries are not available/not enough for two people. Not much option on the reataurants nearby. No activities to do nearby

Location is great. Rooms are spacious, well designed and maintained. Generous breakfast with very good variety of food. The view from the restaurant is fabulous. Staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive, especifially Adil and Mitzi. Shuttle bus service to the beach is always on time.

More sunbeds and umbrellas needed by the swimming pool.

Staff's are very friendly, helps with suggestions. We loved the view from the room, it's like a little live show watching yathchs pass by from the window.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. The room was spacious and quiet. The staff was so nice. My attendant was in close proximity and gave me anything I needed. The location was close to stores and restaurants, and a 5 minute walk from the train station.

Its not my 1st time at the same hotel but this time was different The staff was trying to over charge us They asked my friend to pay 100 AED extra just to visit me in the room, I asked for late check out and the reception confirmed that i should leave before 2 pm I got a call at 11 noon asking me to check out because they are overbooked and no rooms and if i wanna stay until 2 i have to pay And again asked my same friend to pay again just to go and wake us up

Location was perfect. Got upgraded to a room with a beautiful view on the marina The hotel restaurant was very tasty with quality aliments and different international dishes each day to satisfy all customers From Nawaf at the activities to Mansi at the reception and the rest of the staff, they were very welcoming, listening and caring for any demands. If I’ll come back in Dubaï, I’ll stay at Pearl Marina for sure

Location, amenities and food, everything close by and then the price wow. And for me the absolute game changer was being able to swim at night! I’ve wanted to do this for years and that is what made me want to come again.

The only hiccup I had was not being able to check in earlier but the alternative I was given and the way I was treated by staff was excellent so not too many bad things I can think of really.

Very clean, spacious property, excellent location Half board was very good not to luxurious but very homely and a good variety of food. Staff at the restaurant were very accommodating. Close to supermarket and right in front of the marina.

The property was not clean. We (2 of us) got allergy reactions from sitting on the sofa and some towels had stains on them. Also the view is not what we were shown on the images- we thought we had a hotel with the marina view

Clean hotel apartments with a very good location. The staff during our stay were helpful until the day shift, some of whom were extremely disrespectful and inconsiderate. Other than that, the hotel is very good.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and truly enjoyed our time here. The staff was extremely courteous, attentive, and professional, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We would like to extend our special thanks to Nawaf, who went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. His kindness, dedication, and willingness to help made our experience even more enjoyable. We are very grateful and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a memorable stay.

Not super new furniture, but it didn't bother me because everything was clean and worked properly.

Actually, they should work more on break fast menu, as we haven't noticed any remarkable changes of dishes that serve every day morning

Location was great, and view from Apartment was quite spectacular. Food good and nice small pool. Staff not bad. Needs refurbishment. Liked it though.

Unfortunately there were roaches in the kitchen and bathrooms! Kitchen sink leaked. Reported it and pretty much nothing was done. Kind of ruined stay.
