Good Stay

Im always here at this Hotel, I like the overall Hospitality. The Lobby-Cafe Hello is very convinient for just spend time. And Kanchan the Lady serving there my daily Fruits and Matcha is so sweet. Always in a great Mood! The Location is topp. Prices are worth to pay for a Stay here.

The furniture in the Rooms, especially in the one Room Suite King is outdated and worn out. Thats sad to say. Some Renovations here and there and Replacements would be nice.

Perfect Holiday

Everything was absolutely fantastic, fabulous staff especially Prem Sagar in the Dining Room who was wonderful and looked after us so well. The food was excellent and we had breakfast and dinner most days. Room was very comfortable and beautiful Marina View. We 100% enjoyed our stay and definitely return. The Location is perfect.

Excellent service!

Commendable location, remarkable service and attention to detail. Friendly staff willing to go the extra mile! They acknowledged my daughter’s birthday on Christmas Eve and decorated the room with rose petals and shared a beautiful birthday cake slice and a Christmas gift pack!

Good hotel Weather not good

Have stayed there last year so knew what to expect. Close to metro and the Marina. Package included a day at the beach but unfortunately due to adverse weather 18th to 19th December we could not go. Storm floods. Taxis not running. So had to go the big shopping malls on both days. Saturday our return home weather good. Plus we had a sand storm.

All good. Had an issue with the hairdryer it blew up. Promptly it was replaced and complimentary food given. Also we were in the 30th floor. Although enough lifts it took an age to get one and then a long time to get down due to other pressing the 2 up down buttons when waiting for lifts. Note although high floors are good think we will opt for the highest to be 11.

Excellent stay, not reason for any complaints

the rooms were spacious and well appointed. The location is ideal for local movement. The staff were just superb, especially Hazmih and Mumin. There were several dinning options available, all of these restaurant staff members were all well versed and super helpful.

Awful never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff were helpful in the hotel

We asked for a marina view … we had a view of a wall and straight into apartments opposite. There was no walk in shower and the bath had been repaired poorly, the bed sheet was ripped and wasn’t changed in 4 days, the room was basically furnished with poor quality furniture. Reservation staff were actually disgustingly rude when I tried to explain to them before arrival that I was in a wheelchair and could that be accommodated.

Mumin - at the reception was incredibly helpful and gave me a fantastic room with a quiet atmosphere and a stunning view. The room itself was cozy, well-maintained, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast offered a good selection of healthy options as part of the continental spread. Check-in and check-out were absolutely hassle-free. Despite a few drawbacks, the overall stay was very pleasant. The view, location, and service made it worthwhile. I would definitely recommend this property for a comfortable and scenic stay by the Marina.

However, the in-room dining experience was a bit of a letdown — I ordered biryani, but it was served with what seemed like stale rice. Additionally, I was surprised to see a charge of 20 AED for in-room cutlery service, something I’ve never encountered at other 4- or 5-star properties. The only other minor issue was the limited bottled water — they provided just one bottle daily, and I had to request more each time.

Good place to stay in Dubai

Location was close to a lot, and easily a walk to the beach and all the nearby attractions, or a short walk/lime scooter ride across the marina. Bar shut late.

Like a lot of places though in Dubai due to high traffic, what should be a short uber ride to say the palm, becomes a long journey, however this is the case with driving anywhere in Dubai. Gym equipment very limited. Decent for its small size though. (Max dumbell 24kg)

The hotel was in a great spot perfect for checking out the city and also relaxing on the beach. My room was super clean, really spacious, and the bed was super comfy. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, always happy to assist with anything. I only ate at the hotel restaurant once, but it was really nice. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Perfect getaway.

We enjoyed staying in the hotel. The location was very good, free transfers to metro and Marina mall, very good breakfast and also dinner buffet - not very huge choise, but still - very tasty and enough of everything, good coffee, good wifi, very good pressure in the shower. Kind stuff. Also the pool was nice and with the towels. Also the elevators worked good, big hotel, but had not to wait too long. The rooms were quiet, with good view, also the room was upgraded on arrival. The taxis are available on the spot.

The pillows were extra big and uncomfortable, the breakfast area in the morning was crowded, some of the guests were noisy.

Thank you First Collection

The hotel is tidy, a couple of restoraunts around, and grocery stores are available. The best thing about this hotel is top-tier staff. My special thanks for Ms. Amani and Ms. Leila for being helpful and nice. Also, I would like to note the professional and caring approach of Mr. Adam, i would definitely miss that.

The hotel is a little bit away from the seaside and might be tricky to find the shortest way to beach.

All in all the hotel is excellent! my recommendations

We arrived much earlier than the planned check-in time and paid for early check-in and entered the room. All the hotel staff are extremely friendly, and I would especially like to praise and thank Muminjo who provided us with access to Soluna Beach. Also, a big compliment for the cleanliness because the room was cleaned and kept tidy every day.

The only complaint is that the pool is small and there are not enough sunbeds. Also, the food could be more varied and adapted to the guests.
