Convenient location, excellent staff, value for money

I liked very much the room, which is spacious, clean and well equiped, the location is convenient, close to the metro, the staff are great, very attentious specially Jewel, that was very cordial in the restaurant at breakfast, and breakfast was also great, with many variaties of food

I really didn´t like the gym, which is extremely small, with no towels and very little equipment (only one treadmil and no bike!!!). Really disappointing and not acceptable. The amenities could be better quality

Overall, it was okay. The front desk just told me to upgrade to a better room on their own. I asked if it was a free upgrade and he said it was free, but after paying, I found out that it was actually more expensive than the price I had booked on Booking. In fact, there was an additional charge for using it.

The receptionist at the front desk wasn't particularly honest. Be careful as they might upgrade your room and charge you extra. But fortunately, this hotel is quite good - modern, clean.

Good place

Very good hotel! What I liked: - location: near to Dubai Marina if you need a place to walk, near to the Metro station if you want to go somewhere. Big supermarket next door if you need anything. - food: it has 3 (!) places - "rock" bar, "japan" restaurant and the cafe. If you buy a "club access" package you can have free meals on the second floor. - very kind staff which is ready to help you with anything - they have free transfer to Soluna beach club (which I would rate 3/5)

Well, the pool size and amount of sunbeds there - not sure if it's possible to take any, imo the hotel is too big for such a small pool. The food on breakfasts were the same every day, and imo it wasn't delicious enough

A warm and welcoming stay at the Marina

From the moment I walked in, the reception team made me feel at home. The staff are incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive — always greeting with a smile and making sure everything went smoothly. The check-in process was fast, and their hospitality really set the tone for a memorable stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and located right in the heart of the Marina, which made it even better.

Honestly, I don’t have any complaints. My stay was short but truly enjoyable.

Clean and cozy hotel in city with good price, personnel and breakfast.

Hotel: - situated near to beach (10-15 minutes by walk) and to Metro Station DMCC, Marina Mall, 24h stores near. Has a large parking area. - reception, security, management and other staff was very friendly, patient, answer all your questions with smile. - room was very clean, lightened, has everything you need inside (electric teapot, clothe ironing tools and etc), room service guys were very professional. - only pool was little, but we dont use pool because natural beach was near to hotel. - breakfast is the most i like in this hotel. )) drink different types of coffee non limited and eat freash meals non limited from 7:30 till 10:30 or 11:00. Good, smiling restaurant personal. - good WIFI. - smoking and non smoking rooms. I suggest you if you want hotel in city with good price.

Great hotel to stay while in Dubai

This hotel is the reason why I might come back to Dubai. It’s close to many attractions, and transport is just a short walk away! The facilities were amazing, but the staff had to be the best part of the hotel. They have great staff who are attentive, friendly, and respectful.

Exceptional value, perfect location, and elegant comfort

In terms of value for money, this hotel is unbeatable. The rooms are beautifully designed, featuring impressively high ceilings and all the amenities one could need. The pool is excellent, offering stunning views of the surrounding skyscrapers. Its location in the Marina is incredibly convenient — just minutes from the beach and a variety of restaurants, with the metro literally right next door. Breakfast is also a highlight, with a wide range of both Western and Eastern options, all fresh and flavorful.

The only drawback is the size of the gym, which is quite small and offers limited equipment for a hotel of this scale.

The location is very convenient. Steps away from the DMCC metro station and a short distance to the Dubai Marina attractions. The staff were very kind and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was rich, fresh, and delicious.

Things were missing out of my room

The location in the hotel is really good but we had things go missing out of our room at first day was my husband‘s top then it was my bikini bottoms. I know where I put them on the side and they’ve gone missing and then the last day, my husband‘s gold bracelet, which was in its caseon the dressing table went missing we didn’t misplaced any items. I thought maybe the clothing was a mistake and maybe he picked them up with the towels but the gold bracelet was unacceptable. Definitely that couldn’t be picked up with the towels.

Wonderful hotel Wonderful staff

We were so pleased with our stay at the hotel. We extended our stay. We had further positive interactions with staff from housekeeping and concierge. They consistently displayed promptness and a genuine willingness to assist. I wish to commend Edwin from the Concierge, who helped with an important matter. There was also another from housekeeping whose name I regretfully did not get, but whose service was equally outstanding.

A few glitches we now consider minor in view of the many great things the hotel did.

Great location, nice breakfasts, friendly staff, but Club Lounge is not really value for money

Great location — close to the beach, Marina, and metro (just 2 min walk). We asked for a quiet room in advance because of sleep issues. At check-in, they said no quiet rooms were available, but the receptionist was very kind and upgraded us for free. The room was indeed nice and quiet Breakfast was really good, with plenty of hot options — even tasty porridge! Most of the staff were friendly and polite. Only one girl in the Club Lounge seemed unfriendly, but everyone else was lovely. If you want to stay in the Marina, this hotel is a good choice for the price.

The Club Lounge was disappointing. We paid for access, but no one explained how it works — where it is, what’s included, or when it’s open. Had to figure it out ourselves. Breakfast in the Lounge was fine, but the buffet is smaller than in the main restaurant. You can order eggs from a menu, but the Eggs Benedict were badly made both times — more like hard-boiled eggs. During the day, the Lounge was just empty — no snacks, no drinks, nothing. From 5 PM, they serve small appetizers and drinks, but portions are tiny. There’s also a 25% discount for the spa and a free shuttle to Soluna Beach Club, but again, no one told us about it. Overall, the Lounge access wasn’t really worth it.

Unforgettable Views and Amazing Service

We loved our room on the 18th floor with the amazing view — waking up to that felt like paradise. The staff was incredibly kind, especially Nikolina, who welcomed us warmly at check-in and gave us great tips on what to do. There’s also another lovely girl at the morning reception, always smiling and super helpful. Our stay was truly wonderful. I 100% recommend this hotel and hope to come back soon!

The room was very nice.

The pool is too small for the hotel. It has almost 500 rooms, with maybe 20 sunloungers by the pool. So we had to book beach clubs each day. We booked the recommended beach club through the hotel. But they refused to give us a wrist bad. Not sure why, this is the process with soluna beach club recommended by the hotel. The beach clubs cost us more money. So I would stay on the palm or somewhere with a bigger pool next time. The service at the VIP breakfast was very poor and there was not as much food in the vip area compared to the main restaurant. The breakfast food was quite cold and bland. I would not stay here again.

Highly recommend!

The staff were brilliant! Very helpful, nothing too much for them. The hotel is in a superb location close to the marina with lots of bars and restaurants and a vibrant atmosphere. Its also right next to the excellent train system with easy access to many of the tourist destinations.

Lovely hotel, everything was nearby, metrostation, beach, pharmacy, supermaket.

The pool does not have enough sunbed, and the staff is always complaining about everything. They ask for your room number at the entrance, if you want have a swim.

Great value for money, clean and most convinient location

*Location* is extremely amazing and at most convenient spot. Marina walk / JBR and marina mall are walk away another two malls AL nakheel & ‘mall of emirates are very easily accessible via 10-15 mins drive. Metro service is right outside the hotel. *Cleanliness* Is really good. A person like me who has bad ocd was super comfortable during the stay. *Room Sizes* are really good. Upgrade option also available in very good discounted price.

Pool size is small and timing should be more to access pool.
