Great stay at the Vida hotel

The Vida hotel is perfect if you want to stay in the Marina area. It is also a few minutes walk from the metro & 15 mins from the JBR beach. There are lots of lovely restaurants nearby & many dwow & yacht boat trips. We enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony watching all the activities on the marina. Such an amazing view ! The hotel has a beautiful lobby, really friendly staff, & great rooftop pool. There was always a lovely smell in the lobby & corridors & our room was kept spotless by the cleaning team. The door staff were very helpful whenever we requested a taxi & we only ever waited a couple of minutes . Would definitely stay here again if you don't want a beach holiday.

Pool area was always busy but we always managed to get a sunbed eventually if we needed to.

Amazing hotel in perfect location

I loved the view from our room the most. Had a marina view option and loved it. Also infinity pool was amazing bonus of this hotel. Location was great! From one side marina promenade, from other 1min to metro and tram station. 10min walk to beach. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Premises very nice and clean, smells everywhere nice. Room equiped with everything you need, beds comfortable, room stylish and spacious. would stay in this hotel once again and reccomend to others.

The pillows were uncomfy - did not sleep well. There was no sun on the balcony, even though i requested a room with sun.

We had a wonderful time, amd have already looked to book 2 more times this year.

Everyone was friendly and helpful from the moment we got out of the taxi. The room was clean, bright and spacious. We had room service and the food was delicious and the person who delivered came and carried the food inside for us.

More towels, perhaps 2 per person as we showered in the eve and then had to request more for morning - this wasn't a major issue.

Wonderful business stay.

Location was fabulous, Clean and Modern, Breakfast was lovely. Jova at the front desk was very friendly and allowed me an early check in which I was grateful for since I only just landed. Pool was nice and I would give them 5 stars if I could.

The staff are very welcoming and supportive, and the location is extremely convenient, with direct access to the Marina and just a 5-minute walk to the DMCC Metro Station and Marina Mall.

Fruit options at the restaurant are very limited for breakfast compared to other hotels

Great hotel with spectacular view of the Marina!

Amazing hotel in Marina area and 5 minutes walking distance from the metro red line. The service and the room were exceptional and for sure next time we will come back there!

very disappointed

I was very disappointed with my stay. I celebrated my birthday in Dubai and informed the hotel 2–3 weeks before my trip, requesting a room on a higher floor since I had booked a room with a view of the Dubai Marina yacht harbor. The hotel confirmed that this would not be a problem and even assured me I would receive a birthday cake. Unfortunately, I was given a room on the 1st floor, and there was no birthday cake at all. Instead, I was woken up at 8:00 AM by housekeeping to clean my room – which turned out to be the only “birthday gift” I received.

Location, service, yummy breakfast with a wide variety, facilities were top notch... enjoyed being able to walk along the Marina till late night. Wonderful place with great service.

already the second time in this hotel and everything is just as great. wonderful breakfasts, fascinating pool, convenient location and great service. I want to highlight Rasul at the reception, as well as Minhaj Roson, who cleaned the room on the floor. I will also highlight everyone from the parking service - well done.

Loved the design of the hotel

The hotel is modern in a stylish and comfortable way, really enjoyed my stay and loved the little details. Enough water bottles and coffee etc in the room, beautiful coffee table books and our marina view was stunning. The atmosphere in the hotel is friendly and relaxed. Staff at reception was welcoming and professional.

there was a restaurant that in ground floor really close to receiving are/ reception. it seems to me that i can lounge there or i can eat my own food as i wnat the ambiance however the giu working there told me im not allowed to eat there even if i ordered their juice. so he said i can decline the order as im not allowed to eat what i bought outside. i felt uncomfortable as also there were other guest and i knew they stared at me being kicked out. i know he is doing he's job, but my opinion please provide a lounge area where we cant be kicked out. i understand the business prespective though. thats the only bad experience i had.

Location was excellent very short walk to JBR and marina mall. Taxis easily available outside. Plenty of supermarkets and pharmacies on the street. Valet parking was amazing. The staff were all lovely. The whole hotel smelled amazing, super clean.

Awesome Hotel - Top Tier Vacation

Beautiful hotel, great staff (special mention goes out to Panashe and Gyan and others whose names i have forgotten - everyone was an absolute joy to interact with..!!!), contemporary setting, comfortable and beautiful room on the 12th floor with amazing city views. To me personally - this hotel is the best located in the whole Marina. The views are breathtaking. The room is way better than what's on the pics - loved chilling on the balcony at night. The hotel is close to all amenities:- mall, restaurants, walking track, metro, etc and we had the best morning and evening walks. Great value for money. Will definitely be coming back.! This Dubai vacation was amazing and the hotel made it extraordinarily amazing. !!!
