Second time for us in this beautiful hotel, last time we had a big apartment with stunning Marina view, this time we were not so lucky... :(

Fantastic location, helpful staff accommodation clean and slept well.

The staff were fantastic and helpful, I witnessed a guest being very rude to staff. They were both very professional while dealing with the customer. I had booked this hotel very last minute and arrived at 11:30. Staff advised that the room may not be ready until 15:00. They showed me the pool area and advised they will come and let me know when the room was ready. No less than 30 minutes later Salim come and found me and showed me to the room.

The breakfast was unfortunately not to my taste but the restaurant was very busy so people who were eating clearly enjoyed it.

You will love this hotel

The villa apartment was big and nice with everyting you need for a confortable stay, also a good bed and pillows to sleep well. The front desk personel - Pann and Nihan - were very frendly and helpfull, so we would recommend this location. Also, nice swimming pool.

Would not stay here ever again

Location

It’s poorly maintained. Toilet broke twice, the rooms are really dated. Sheets were stained. The pool area is very sad and has no sun. It says valet parking outside but there was no valet parking. The fridge also did not cool items. Requested an iron they sent one with a European plug which was unusable.

It was a great location and very friendly and helpful staff! Khalid, Penn, Vishal and Emil and everyone else at the hotel were super lovely and helpful and very kind to us all. Made us all feel very welcome. Really loved staying here and will be back again

The rooms are extremely spacious, location is great and the staff is very very nice.

They should upgrade some furniture pieces such as chairs as they look dirty and also invest more in cleaning. when we arrived in was dust on the furniture.

Great stay with some inconveniences

I liked a lot of the cleaning and concierge staff. Khalid was especially helpful with handling luggage throughout my experience. And Vishal did a great job with keeping the room clean.

I was underwhelmed with most of the front desk staff. I had to ask multiple times to get certain features of the room to be as promised. More importantly I was not a fan of their 50 L hot water tanks, not a great experience for couples both wanting a hot shower. But the overall stay was not bad. Just needed some fixes.

Don't accept the free upgrade from the hotel. Maybe it is a trap to fill their rooms.

May be the price is affordable and the location is good but some of the rooms are like jail!

Small gym, although there are not any other hotel's guests. They upgraded my room for free from the studio to one bedroom where the bedroom has only a small window, and it was like sleeping in a jail. Really it was annoying.

Our stay

The friendliness of the staff and the spacious room. We had an issue with our AC in our room and the manager gave us another room as soon as we complained. The view was beautiful and the room was well equipped and clean. A special thanks to Pann and Mr Sameh who made sure we had the best time during our stay.

Good location and accommodation for the price you pay.

Friendly team, who was supportive. Good location in marina and close to the metro station DMCC which brings you everywhere. Cleaned every day very well. Airconditioning full day which was really nice, that when you came back the room was cool.

A little outdated room - but in general you are there for the city and not spending much time so perfectly fine.

Room was good. very spacious. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and clean. The location of the hotel is good, at Dubai Marina, walking distance from DMCC metro station, walking distance to JBR, Blue Island, Jumeirah beach, Breakfast was ok. Not too much variety but good enough.

The air condition made a lot of noise. Should provide slippers for guests as the tiled floor gets a bit cold. The floor is also a bit sticky, maybe because of condensation?

When we arrived, we noticed blood stains on the bedsheets. After reporting it to the staff, it took them about an hour to replace the bedding, which was quite disappointing. However, aside from that, the stay was generally pleasant. A special thanks to Mr. Mahomed, who was very helpful and kind throughout our visit.

Close to key locations

The apartment was a bit tired and dated. Its small kitchenette was adequate however lacked small items that would easily enhance my stay, e.g. dishwashing items, toaster, tea towels, oven mitt, salt & pepper, also the knives were not sharp. The bedroom curtains did not shut out enough light- gaps on the side.

Very very old. No electricity outlet by the bed, walls are chipped off, warm water smells weird, TV is very old and small. Amenities are not in the room unless you request them. Shampoo quality is bad.

A lovely hotel

We had a great trip at the Signature, the staff were ist class, friendly and helpful, especially our friends NIHAN, the Bellman and Bishnu our room attendant, who were both great and a credit to your company, also worthy of mention was , Muhammed, the night reception manger who was very helpful, also very polite and professional, I have to say the rooms were a little dated and could do with a referb, the location of the hotel was fantastic and the view from our room was stunning, will definitely be coming back to Dubai and The Signature will be our first choice

Great value. Fantastic staff and location.

Fantastic staff. Khalid and Nyamath were very helpful and polite. Location is excellent - Right on the Marina. We stayed in a room with the Marina View and it was beautiful. The hotel is very close to supermarkets, restaurants and the JBR area. Location was 5 out of 5 stars. Room was cleaned everyday. Air conditioning was excellent. Pool has a great view of the Marina. Great value for money. I would highly recommend.
