You may not believe this review, but I strongly advise you to reconsider booking this place — you will regret the location and the overall experience. The biggest issue is the management. It is completely unclear who is actually in charge. The staff are unhelpful and come across as arrogant rather than supportive. Communication was poor throughout our stay. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. One day we were given two bags with a single cold coffee. Another day it was just coffee sachets. Sometimes there were two coffees, sometimes only one. Even the soft drink (Miranda) was served in a plastic cup and shrink-wrapped, looking more like a laboratory sample than something prepared for guests. The worst part was the hygiene. There was a large stain on the mattress — it looked like blood, coffee, or worse — and it was clearly visible through the very thin bedsheet. It was absolutely disgusting. The fridge, hob, toaster, and kitchen surfaces were covered in grease. The entire experience was a nightmare, especially staying there with young children. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

TERRIBLE HOTEL AND ATTITUDE STAFF

Nothing they have terrible attitude especially the reception and they ignore your request and start to argue I pay 1004 aed for 4 nights that aim stress and AC is not working but when I ask for a refund they will not give it to you I will suggest look for another hotel you will see the hotel is not proper clean and . I will suggest look for another hotel for those planning to stay with this hotel

The unit is very clean, bed is tidy and comfortable, unit amenities were excellent. Building is new and maintained well. Thanking the attendants for the late check out. Overall stay was comfortable.

The location is very difficult and confusing. The property title says in JLT but its not, its in between to the next metro station.

location was okay for budget

-the room smelt like fish -the staff weren’t helpful. For example I went down to ask for another towel and I was only given one and they stated they don’t provide towel (it states different on booking.com) but will send one up. That never came. Also went checking out when requested to leave our luggage as we had a tour all day and our flight was a night flight to the staff stating they can’t hold luggage (again booking.com states differently) the staff didn’t have any other advise just refused to hold luggage. -shower was always cold -kitchen wasn’t clean therefore i didn’t felt safe to use the facilities.

The night attendant had very poor English, which made communication difficult. I tried to book an early check-in feel days before, but nobody answered me, so I had to wait for a long time, from 2 a.m. until 6 a.m., before they let me in, and I was charged for that. All of this happened after I had to pay a lot of money for an Uber to help me find the right location for 2 hours, because the guy on the phone was very rude, and I couldn’t even understand what he was saying. He also hung up on me. Additionally, the apartment was very dirty. The fridge was disgusting, the bed sheets were also dirty, and the entrance had a really bad smell. The photos show a clean and nice space, but that’s not the reality.

The staff were extremely unhelpful. There were no extra blankets or pillows provided for my child. They charged an additional 10 Dirhams for taxes that were not mentioned in the booking. Housekeeping standards were very poor, and overall hygiene was unacceptable. The towels provided were very small, and there was no tea or coffee available in the room.

The location only of the building. Close to all major points.

Charged for cleaning aed 50 but never anyone showed up. Staff at the reception rude and not helpful at all. The parking was causing troubles, the gates were checked by computer and than the person was opening it Sometimes it was taking 10 minutes and people were honing at midnight, early morning. The parking itself as a garbage trash. The apartment was for 2 person and they refused to offer second set of bed set. The couch in the living room dirty and stinky. The sewage in the shower was smelling terrible.

Al nostro arrivo ci hanno detto che ci avrebbero dato un appartamento unito anziché i due monolocali prenotati, e la mattina dopo volevano cambiarci di stanza e abbiamo detto di no, perché non eravamo state informate e avevamo tutte le cose nell’appartamento. La location degli appartamenti é lungo un’autostrada è difficile da raggiungere sia con taxi che Careem ( piattaforma tipo Uber). L’appartamento sporco, gli asciugamani puzzavano, la colazione la portavano in camera al mattino in orari sempre diversi.alla reception ragazzi davvero poco disponibili e gentili. Nell’insieme accoglienza tremenda.

Rien absolument rien, pour preuve, nous avons quitté ce semblant d'hotel dès le lendemain.

Tout absolument tout, Nous avons été dans l'obligation de quitter l'etablissement Luxorious qui ne correspondait en aucun point aux standards annoncés et s’est révélé très largement en deçà du niveau de qualité que nous étions en droit d’attendre. Et tres loin des conditions d'hébergement annoncées sur votre site. Une honte de mettre ce type de produit à la location comme étant du excellent niveau, c’est limite publicité mensongère, en tout cas, il y a tromperie. Comment peut on appeler "LUXORIOUS" alors que ce n'est pas le cas. dans l'odre les problémes rencontrés: 1/le bruit, un chantier de construction sous nos fenêtres, 2/l'équipement proposé c'est du camping, 3/une odeur pestilentielle dans les placards, impossible d'y ranger nos affaires. 4/Un petit déjeuner servi pour une seule personne j'ai réservé pour 2 et du café froid, la nourriture ne doit pas être fraiche non plus. Ce sont les raisons qui nous ont poussé à quitter l’établissement je vous saurai gré de me dire dans quelles mesures et à quelle hauteur nous pouvons être en droit d'espérer un remboursement même partiel, sachant que nous avons réservé via booking dans un autre etablissement ?

Die größe der Wohnung war sehr gut und der Pool auf dem Dach war super.

Vorhang im Schlafzimmer war kaputt und wurde auch nach Reklamierung nicht repariert,die Matratze war eine Zumutung ich hab mich noch nie so vor einem Bett geekelt. Die Küchenutensilien war ein zusammen gestückeltes Geschirr.

Lejligheden var ikke rent da vi tjekket ind . Køkken udstyr var heller ikke rent . Beliggenhed er lang væk til steder. Det var stået i booking en sovesofa , men det var ikke noget , så det stået en lille sofa i sted for . Ingen rengøring og heller ikke skift håndklæder .

- Большой просторный номер, 2 спальни, 3 санузла, 1 гостиная, кухня - Было относительно чисто, комфортно, были шампуни и гели для душа, посуда, в первый день вода в бутылках - Хороший бассейн на крыше, всего 5 лежаков, но не так много людей - Близко к метро, но нужно идти по песку и гравию - Заселили быстро, никаких дополнительных оплат не было

- Очень холодно в номере, выключение кондиционера и открывание окон не помогает - Горячая вода включается по кнопке около санузла, разобрались на второй день сами, персонал не помог и не включил нам горячую воду - Посуды было мало, стул один был сломан, маловато розеток - Рядом есть только магазин при заправке - Пешком невозможно дойти до апартаментов, нигде невозможно перейти дорогу, добираться либо на такси либо на машине

عدم اهتمام بالظيف. عدم وجود هاتف بالغرفه. بالحجز مكتوب غرفتين ولكن بالواقع غرفه واحده . انتظار عند الدخول اكثر عن 15 دقيقه لرسبشن لااجل ان يفتح بوابه واظريت انزل له. لايوجد لباقه باحتواء الظيف . الحوض صغير. لايوجد سجاده لصلاه واخبرتهم ولم توصلني وكذلك فقط منشفه واحده واخبرتهم وبدون جدوى . قام موظف الاستقبال بتصوير وثائقنا بهاتفته عند انهاء اجرات وهاذ غير صحي

J'ai apprécié la grandeur de l'appartement, je confort de la literie, la présence du balcon, les grandes fenêtres pour la luminosité, les toilettes en plus en dehors de la sdb, la piscine sur le toit, la station service juste a côté, la possibilité de commander a manger en bas, rapport qualité prix bonne en vue du bâtiment tout neuf

Pas de proximité avec les transports en commun, une adresse pas bonne sur la réservation, le personnel de l'accueil qui ne fait aucun effort de communication étrangère, les serviettes ne sont pas changées du tout. Manque certain équipement qui était stipulé donc fallait réclamer micro ondes et bouilloire, manque des parasols près de la piscine car aucunes ombres. La clim a font partout du coup obliger d'ouvrir les fenêtre pour pas tomber malade

Personeel enorm ongeïnteresseerd. Locatie moeilijk te vinden (staat nergens op het pand aangegeven). Wij moesten bij aankomst nog weer een bedrag betalen die nergens stond gemeld. De kamer was enorm smerig, airco's stoffig en het bed stonk. We kregen 1 handdoek voor 2 personen, toen wij vroegen om 1 extra, moesten wij wachten tot de ochtend. Volgende ochtend: weer geen handdoek en nog steeds een vieze kamer. Uiteindelijk na 3 dagen en 10x vragen een extra handdoek gekregen. Toiletpapier zelf moeten kopen want ook dit kregen wij niet!!
