Great location and service, but the room comfort was affected by noise and cigarette smoke.

Had a wonderful experience at Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach. The location is perfect, the service was excellent, and the overall value for money was great. Definitely a good rate for the quality, comfort, and hospitality offered. Looking forward to visiting again!

I enjoyed many aspects of my stay, but unfortunately the room experience was affected by noise and odor issues. There was a lot of door slamming from nearby rooms, which made it difficult to relax. Also, the smell of cigarette smoke from another room was coming through into my bathroom, which was quite unpleasant. I hope this can be looked into for better comfort for future guests.

Besides the taxi issues, the stay was good.

While waiting for a taxi, several drivers began arguing loudly over who would take me as a passenger. The situation escalated to the point where it was uncomfortable and inappropriate for a hotel of this standard. What concerned me further was that members of the hotel staff appeared to be involved in directing or protecting certain drivers

Great place for a weekend stay

Excellent location on JBR without the eye watering price of some of the locations.. Comfortable rooms, excellent bathroom, welcoming staff. For us, we don’t spend that much time in the hotel room anyway when in dubai, this location is perfect and an absolute deal compared to other nearby properties. Even cheaper than some of the nearby Air B*B’s without the ridiculous hassle involved with them. 100% would stay here over short term rental for a quick dubai weekend. Kudos to the aptly named Yoga at reception, embodying the attitude of his namesake

It's OK to spend some time here.

Location is good. Except if you want to take a car or taxi. In this specicific period - it will take +30 minutes for the last 500 meters around the corner where the hotel is.

It's more like a 3-4 star hotel, definitely not 5 stars: dark and small spaces, you need to wait too long to check-in, old rooms, etc.

Some of the staff were exceptional, friendly, going above and beyond, they are a great asset to the property.

Sometimes service was lacking, orders forgot, etc. not clear why, but afterwards the staff did apologize and try to improve.

Breakfast was pretty chaotic and the room wasn't big enough for a family of 4, which was what we booked. Pool and sunbeds are also in the shade most the day which is a shame.

Location is quite nice, however always full of traffic jams... Everything in the room was working

1) I had booking via booking.com and it was fully paid. However I had to spend 20 minutes waiting for my keys from the room just because they had to verify something in their system. Delay was huge. 2) Room was on 23rd floor but the view to the sea was a side view. Not good enough for photos. 3) all doors inside room and inside bathroom needs cushioning as they slammed very hard even you simply close them.

It was good.

It’s in a prime location, the hotel is decent, clean and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff in the ground floor bar were not polite, I was given a dirty glass (no apology) and the server sighed at me when I was looking at the menu. Also, the carpeting has a bit of a musty scent and lobby lighting needs to be changed.

Location is fantastic, hotel is located within close proximity to the beach with them providing beach towels and a beach bag. Pool area well maintained and clean, always able to find sunbeds and really enjoyed having access to the cabana’s which gave extra privacy and comfort. Hotel lobby,lift and corridors are exceptionally clean and well maintained. Staff were lovely and nothing was ever too much, if they didnt have something at breakfast which we wanted, if asked, they would go the extra mile to accommodate us. Special mention to Irene and Isabella for smooth check in and resolving a minor issue we had with the bed situation within the room. Irene especially friendly and customer focused ensuring we had everything we needed and more. Special mention also to Sujith who cleaned our room daily, went out of his way and created lovely creations with the towels! Overall a fantastic stay and we will definitely return.

This isn’t a negative as I have stated at a variety of hotels in Dubai but at times breakfast felt a bit repetitive but there was always something to choose from which we enjoyed.

Lovely Location on JBR and so close to the best places of JBR.

I like the reception and receptionists who welcomed us during our arrival. Bellboys are professional and immediately do their jobs and got our keys from us and parked our car. Room Service works well and fast they are. Breakfast staff welcomes well. Irene I remember the name of the woman. She was so close to us always.

Breakfast was weak a bit. It could be better in terms of variety.

This was my second visit staff at the check-in were very friendly and and also gave me information and update on my accrod membership and points though i booked through booking.com knowing this was my second visit they gave me a good room.

The Lady at the breakfast reception would daily ask us if we had checked in today which was annoying. The Gym could be bigger its too small considering the size of the hotel
