Very good breakfast. Helpful staff members especially Mr Mahmood at reception really accommodated our late check out request

Overall, my stay at the hotel was decent. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Fatma, who was very helpful, and Abdullah, who always greeted us with a great smile. We also met the Front Office Manager, Mohamed Ezz, who treated us very well and made sure we had no issues during our stay. Dilushika Wijayadasa was also doing her best to ensure we were comfortable throughout.
However, the pool area was disappointing and not up to expectations, and the food, especially the dinner buffet, lacked quality and variety.
I was disappointed with the pool area, as it felt poorly maintained and not enjoyable. The dinner buffet was also not good, with very limited variety of food, so we ended up going outside the hotel for dinner.
