Perfect place for relaxing

I am staying in this hotel several time and I really like it, but this time my stay was not as other time, my worst stay with them. From the time I checked in and they informed me the staying full amount not paid (fixed issue directly) to have my first room with not working AC (they shift me to another room after 2 hours) to the time I checked out and did not have my bags in the car because who took it from me for a reason kept it in the lobby not with valet team!. Also I booked a room with poolside view, view was amazing but while staying in the balcony in evening time all the time you can smell bbq from hotel restuarant, which was not comfort.

The Worst Hotel Experience This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. First of all, the staff and the booking/reception team had a very poor attitude. They were not friendly, barely smiled, and did not make me feel welcome at all. They also charged me AED 520 as a deposit, even though this deposit was not clearly mentioned in the hotel’s policies when I made the booking. I was told that I would get it back after check-out. The worst part happened when I checked out. They accused me of taking a chocolate from the minibar in my room. I told them clearly that I had not taken anything. They then tried to charge me AED 60 for the chocolate. However, I had recorded a video of the room/minibar, and once they realized that I had video evidence, they changed their position and told me that they would return the full AED 520 deposit. Overall, a very disappointing experience. The attitude of the staff, the unexpected deposit, and the accusation at check-out made this stay extremely unpleasant. I definitely would not recommend this hotel.
