    The location of Five Luxe Hotel JBR is excellent, and it's one of the best things about the property. The room was decent and comfortable, but the washroom was not properly cleaned, which was disappointing. The biggest issue was the check-in process. The hotel did not clearly mention anywhere during the booking process that guests must bring the original Emirates ID. Because of this, we were asked to go back home to collect it, which wasted almost 3 hours of our time. As a result, we could only check in around 6:00 PM. I recommend that the hotel clearly inform guests about the original Emirates ID requirement before arrival to avoid unnecessary inconvenience. With better communication and improved cleanliness, the overall guest experience would be much better.

    Amazing hotel, amazing service, amazing staff. Although this is my first time trying this hotel but I loved everything about it. I would like to thank Ms. Layla for making my experience as amazing as she is, she is very professional and a sweet heart as she was very kind. Thanks for the amazing experience.
