BEST HOTEL EVER! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Was greeted by their well appointed staff upon arrival who took care of our luggages so well! We were assisted by Ms. Vanessa whose service was so personalized and excellent. She was so warm and welcoming that she personally walked us to our room! I loved everything about the room, it was an entire experience in itself. The toiletries were so luxe - all bathrooms and shower areas were adorned by Byredo bath essentials, which made us feel like we were in a spa every single day! I am a sucker for good furniture and fixtures and every single corner of their suite was carefully crafted to a T. The bathroom was furnished with a turkey red marble tile and a huge bathtub that my son thoroughly enjoyed, plus points for the bath salts (also Byredo) for extra relaxation! We especially loved the room divider that made use of a back to back tv incorporated on a wall that also served as a mirror when not in use. The room layout was so impressive in terms of functionality and use as you can enclose the room if you want some bedroom privacy without having to sacrifice to gets the tv! The lounge area was the most used area for us, and I have never seen anything like it! The furnitures were topnotch cozy and the bar was well appointed with a good selection of cocktails (Clase Azul lovers will feel at home here!) and a mini gin bar with a little packet of suggestions on how to concoct your own! Had to check all the drawers beneath the bar area and they were nothing short of amazing for a discerning traveler! On top of the complimentary coffee, they had kombucha and a selection of nutritional snack options for the entire family! It's not just a room I say, it's a lifestyle! Room was always made up too, even if we didn't request it, they made sure we came home to a clean suite each time, which we really appreciate! I especially loved the fact that when we arrived at our beautiful suite, we received a Whatsapp message from the Delano team that made the service more impeccable. They opened a chat for all my inquiries and honestly, all hotels should have this special touch... if I had inquiries and requests, I just had to send a message on that chat, which made our stay more personal. On our first night we were also spoiled with chocolate glazed madeleines which we really loved! We tried three of their restaurants during our stay and I kid you not, the food at the pool area were all a 10/10! Get the coconut juice, too, it's the BEST! The Blue Door was also an experience, the outdoor area felt like we were in Europe and the food was exceptional, too! Tutto Pasta is also very family friendly with their Italian fares, and we loved every bite! Before we left, Ms. Vanessa even called to ask what time we can have our luggages picked up and this kind of service, of being taken care of from start to finish was really topnotch. She is THE BEST! She made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay and I loved every bit of personalized service that she extended to us! I've been to other hotels but I've never had customer service to this level! I cannot wait to go back to Delano, our new home and sanctuary in Dubai ❤️

It was medical tour to visit clinics in Dubai. Pleasant and beautiful place, calm and quiet with nice beach approach. Professional and friendly staff.
