This hotel is truly remarkable—without a doubt, the best hotel I've visited in Dubai! 😍
What stood out the most was the exceptional hospitality. Every member of the team was warm, genuine, approachable, and welcoming, which made our stay even more memorable.
A special thank you to Mr. Bibek from Reception for his kindness, assistance, and outstanding welcome from the moment we arrived. 🤗 I would also like to recognize Ranga (baggy man), who was incredibly helpful, polite, and kind throughout our travel from Aquaventureto Hotel. The Filipina staff member serving drinks at the reception (unfortunately, I didn't get her name—sorry!) was also very friendly, approachable, and attentive.
Overall, the team at Atlantis The Royal is simply outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was professional, courteous, and genuinely caring. Their dedication to guest satisfaction is truly impressive. Highly recommended!❤️❤️❤️

Honeymoon trip became unpleasant due total lack of care and empathy from Royal Atlantis staff. Don’t expect royal treatment if you have important event to celebrate here.
