Sheraton The Walk, Dubai

This was an amazing stay, quite literally from the moment we checked until check out. Goodwill in the breakfast restaurant was attentive, professional and thoughtful. Every member of staff was always helpful, responsive and very keen to assist. The hotel staff were very eager to provide us with outstanding service. The staff genuinely cared that our stay was comfortable enjoyable and most importantly memorable. There are many hotels to choose from in Dubai, however I won't bother with hunting around. We've found a gem in Dubai. Thank you to all the staff, seen and unseen. We had an amazing time.

Prime location and accessibility

Clean. Hotel staffs are nice and professional. We also like the breakfast buffet at Jones the Grocer, it was excellent. Good food and very accomodating staffs.

We are a little disappointed about getting the half board. The restaurant at the 35th floor do not prioritize the guest since they have outside customers reservations, you have to wait or eat outside which is a little discomfort because temperature is really hot now. Also food selection not much and taste just decent.. However we applaud the service of John, he is nice and provide good service. Restaurant in LP also not recommended for dinner specially if you have kids you can smell the cigarette the moment you enter the resto.
