Comfortable, Cozy and Convenient.

As I was travelling with my sister and we requested rooms next to each other or at least on the same floor, we were offered a 2 bedroom suite for the same price. This made our stay even more enjoyable and convenient.

The bath tub kept overflowing while taking a shower. The water does not drain and therefore collects in the tub. This was an issue in both bathrooms. Finally, we had to remove the stopper/plug so water would flow easily.

Overall, a nice stay in the hotel.

I got upgraded to a larger room than the standard room; my room was like a studio apartment. The room was nice and spacious. The breakfast in the hotel was also good. The hotel staff were courteous and helpful.

The overall hotel building was not spacious. It was a very vertical structure with a small reception area; it felt a bit claustrophobic at times.

Dubai delivers more you can ever imagine!

Central location, large apartment, very clean, staff were very friendly

I would just check when booking- we booked a 2 bedroom apartment which stated it slept 6, on arrival there were only enough beds for 4 people and we were told we could have an extra bed for c£50 extra per night. On the basis you input the people staying at the apartment and it brings up the 2 bed apartment as an option it should include the extra beds needed within the costing.

Breakfast was decent . Room was good size

The room on 7th floor was offered as it had a balcony overlooking the Marina… great we thought . What we didn’t know is the taxi drivers all beep their horns loudly until the early hours of the morning keep you awake! It was only a stopover 4 nights so after 2 nights of it we just stood it . Swimming pool not the greatest and does not enjoy the sun due to newer buildings built around it . Lifts are terrible

The beach . Jumeirah beach is touristy busy and a tad tacky . The pool - it’s only in the sun until 11:30- or up to 1 dependent on which bed you secure . The pool staff are great and try and help secure sunny sun beds by moving beds around

One of the worst hotel I stayed in.

Very bad service and the rooms were very old. My luggage was delayed by an hour and half until I went to the receptionist and I decided to cancel my stay there.

I had an excellent stay and would definitely come back again.

The place is wonderful and very clean, and the staff at the reception and at Jones restaurant were extremely professional and welcoming. The room had a beautiful view, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the location is very close to the beach and JBR Walk. God willing, I will definitely visit again.

Great Stay, Best location, Amazing Staff!

The location at JBR is amazing. Rooms, or should I say apartments, were very spacious and suitable for groups and families. Although we did not avail of the breakfast option, we had a blast preparing our own breakfast with the full kitchen in the apartment.

TRAFFIC is real around JBR! Just know and expect to deal with this when staying around this entire area (Dubai Marina / Jumeirah Beach Residence). You can manage this properly with scheduling your activities.

Great place to stay in Dubai

Large room, good view from the 12th floor (they accommodated our request, which was very nice). Good breakfast, but not exceptional. Great location in the most walkable area of Dubai. Close enough to DMCC metro too, we took it a couple of times, much cheaper than taxis to reach downtown. Would stay here again.

Great value stay - excellent location, friendly staff and excellent food.

Great location at the Jumeira Beach Residence. Right in the heart of it with the beach a short walk away. The hotel provides you with towels and umbrellas. Food was reallly good. You won't be disappointed. The chef puts on a lovely diverse menu that all tastes amazing. He's a really good guy as well. The staff are really friendly and go out of their way to help you.

The lifts are a bit few and the hotel is slightly dated. It was being modernised when we were there though. The lobby area is a bit small. Overall though I thought it was really good value compared to other hotels in Dubai - especially in such a great location.

Couldn’t fault the hotel at all

The view from our room of the marina was stunning, the staff were always super friendly and accommodating, the room was cleaned every day and kept fresh, and breakfast staff were so lovely & food was delicious!! They even did us a safe journey home cake on our last day. Super thoughtful touch!

Nothing to complain about, just the traffic around the marina but out of the hotels control. Just took forever to get anywhere!

the elevators were horrible, not much out dated.. but definitely no good, basic problem was every time it took ages to come, hence they were always over crowded.

Great location, great facilities, nice food for breakfast and lunch, we enjoyed out visit.

We were 4 x friends travelling together, and the size of the accommodation was excellent. It was located near a little mini mart so we could buy any food/groceries we needed. The facilities were great and location was good. We stayed as a layover to Europe so it was nice to recover from our jetlag before our next long transit. Great spot, we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic hotel. Staff were super helpful and couldn't do enough for you. All areas were immaculate. Rooms cleaned to a high standard. My only complaint was the time the lifts took but this was possibly due to some upgrading works ongoing in reception. Central hotel for JBR the walk. Metro station about 10 minute walk. Thank you Delta for a great stay

Instead of having us (4 couples) to wait for the individual rooms, the staff offered us a 4-bedrooms apartment, which is extremely helpful and very much appreciated

Renovation work being done in the lobby not told of this before or when booked. Very noisy in room. still working at 6.30pm could not relax. Also work being done in the room above mine. Poor lifts long wait to get one.

Excellent location near Jumeirah Beach. Very nice staff. Great selection at breakfast. We were upgraded to an apartment with Marina view which was fantastic!

Super Stay at Delta Hotel - Jumeriah

Attentive staff, clean, excellent facilities and my family were made to feel at ease and relaxed. Location was excellent for our trips.

Suggestion: If guests are waiting for their room to be ready as they have arrived slightly early a complimentary juice/coffee/tea would be a nice touch and to put them at ease 😀

Very good value for money.

Accommodated a family of 6 well. Liked that rooms were cleaned regularly and drinking water supplied.

Swimming pool could have been bigger as got very busy with kids. A second pool would be great.
