    They didn't arrange our beds properly out of threee nights two nights i had to sleep on the sofa even after getting booked they alloted are bed to someone else and without letting us know they changed our bed too somehow i managed to sleep on the sofa bt if they cant manage thier bookings i would ask to rather book elsewhere ...except that everything was better
