An amazing stay at dubai.

It was my honeymoon, the stay was more than amazing, the location is wonderful, the room and the view were stunning. Reception, room service, house keeping, car parking service, everything was just perfect. We liked it a lot, we will do it again, we will definitely recommend to our friends and family. Not worth the money

Room upgrade option request was not fulfilled Reception personnel did not explain the hotel arrangements and facilities included Cleaning of the rooms was performed only after 15PM which is too late to my opinion in the 5 star hotel

A good stay in Dubai Marina

People working at the Intercontinental Marina are really kind and attentive to the needs of their guest. The hotel position is perfect to enjoy Dubai Marina Breakfast is very good. Room, bed and bathroom size are good.

The hotel hall has a bad small. My room had moquette, that's not something amazing for allergic people. I had trouble breathing, especially in the first days. Also, the smell is never great when there is a moquette and it is not possible to open a window. Breakfast is really good. Neverthless, the sweets section quality could be improved, in my opinion. A good lighting was missing.

5* service, rooms with amazing views & great food!

I had two rooms and they were both modern, clean, comfortable and had everything we could need. Staff were friendly and very attentive from the staff who welcomed us, to the restaurant/breakfast staff. It was great service all around. When I visit Dubai again I will certainly return to the intercontinental.

We love staying at this hotel

They upgraded us to an apartment and we were very glad that they did. The apartment was perfect and very comfortable The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Definitely recommend and going back to this hotel next time.

Good location, spacious room (but with lighting and noise issues)

The room was very spacious, and we appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a room with a balcony—a truly lovely gesture. The bathroom was also large and comfortable. We found the breakfast to be very good.

The experience was significantly marred by two key factors. The lighting is a serious problem: the general room lighting is far too dim. Furthermore, the road noise from outside is quite noticeable due to poor sound insulation.

We were upgraded to an apartament at 24th floor which was great for us! The size and the view were perfect!

A comfortable and well-managed stay.

The location is excellent, offering easy access to Dubai Marina and nearby restaurants. The staff was attentive and professional, and the room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and the view from the terrace was nice.

Comfortable, family friendly, convenient

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with our baby and it was perfect for us. The cot they also provide for a baby is far better than most. We had half board included and that made things so much easier for us as we were there in the heart of summer. Great location with many restaurants close by. Very helpful and friendly staff

Good Stay at InterContinental Dubai Marina The hotel has a great location in the Marina with beautiful views and modern design. Rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, and the staff are generally friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a nice variety, though service during peak hours could be a bit slow. Amazing hospitality

The view was amazing. Very helpful and friendly staff, especially Angelika. She was very helpful and nice the whole staff also had a positive attitude which was great!

The cleanliness, whe we entered the room it had food remains on the floor and dirty carpets. And the AC wasn't as cooling for the bedroom.

The location was great . The apartament was very big . We had 3 bedrooms with all the facilities. This was our third time in Dubai , first time at this hotel . We definitely go back to this hotel on the next time

Comfortable and pleasurable stay

Very clean and nice room with a lovely bathroom. The bed was comfortable too. I particularly liked the glass wall of the bathroom giving a nice view of the marina.

I consider myself a world traveler and have stayed in a lot of hotels, including multiple times in the UAE. But the service provided by the Intercontinental Hotel Marina team was truly a world-class 5* star service. Arrived pretty early and was provided a complimentary breakfast and early check-in with no stress. Even with the half-board, the Head Chef (Chef Mahood) made something special, specifically for me, for dinner when the dinner buffet didn't have enough proteinous food to meet my daily requirements. I was highly pleased with the level of service provided. The Hotel General Manager is such an exceptional leader. She ensured the stay was memorable. The residence room was also well designed with adequate facilities for a long stay, and the bed was very comfortable. Also, the location of the hotel is perfect on the Marina. I will surely return to this hotel.

The fact that you have to pay for treatments to use the spa facilities was the only downside. Apart from that, there isn't any issue. Though it won't hinder me from booking the hotel again.

Would recommend.

Modern hotel as you would expect. Staff were great. Room was nice. All very good. There is an exit directly on the marina. And it’s a good choice for JBR beach because you don’t have to worry about entering and exiting JBR and all the time it can take. But you to have to walk to one of the crossings to cross to JBR. The swimming pool is great and they have an excellent chicken wrap.

From our tower you had to change lifts to access the gym, spa and pool. Not a massive deal.

Relaxing stay right in the bustling heart of Dubai marina.

The room was exceptionally beautiful. All amenities were provided even an ironing board and iron. The room had a coffee machine and made coffee super easy to make. The room design and layout is so modern and cozy.

Breakfast was excellent in the Club Lounge

Inconsistent. Had to request the room to be cleaned at 4pm on one day. No turn down service on one evening. Staff seem inexperienced generally, impacting the quality of service.

Our room had an unpleasant odour which we commented on to the staff member who brought up our cases and showed us into the room. He advised that the smell was from cleaning but it was always present and the room smelled damp and foisty. We put up with it as we were only staying 2 nights but would have definitely asked to change rooms if staying longer.
