Amazing staff! Amazing breakfast ♥️

Too much noise. The hotel feels overcrowded. The rooms are clean but outdated, and the windows and doors let in a lot of noise. We could hear everything happening in the hallway, as well as outside—even though we were staying on the 9th floor.

The pool area wasn’t managed. Too many Sunbeds left with towels on when sunbathers had obviously gone. No-one clearing up the used glasses and bottles at empty beds.

Top rate facility in ideal location with amazing staff

From start to finish it was tops! We had family suite with partial sea view looking at big wheel. Room was immaculate, spacious and perfect for family of 4 but could fit 5/6 with sofa bed. Staff were amazing and you wanted for nothing at any point in time We had access to exec lounge which out refreshments on 3 times a day at no cost We stayed over the New Year and the hotel provided a lovely chocolate timepiece to mark the occasion and housekeeping also personally knocked with chocolates Right on beach and close to all amenities in that area. The facility is first class but what really made it was the staff Highly recommended

Great but beach area and grounds now ruined

I chose this hotel as I lived nearby for 10 years some years back. I liked the location and close proximity to beach and shops etc

The photos of the grounds and beach area were out of date. The area is now like a concrete jungle and horrible due to ‘refurbishment’. Had I known this I would not have stayed here. No more grass and hardly any nature. Also the private beach area is smaller and it was packed.

Nice Weather of Dubai helps not to notice small lacks of hotel.

Nice hotel on the first line with own beach, tasty breakfast, friendly and responsive personnel, comfortable room.

There was no changing room & toilet on the beach or swimming pool area. It was required to go to toilet to the lobby area or to the room from beach or swimming pool as well as changing wet swimming suit in the room. Only one shower stand nearby swimming pool with extremely cold water which is not comfortable and even dangerous for kids. Extremely cold water of swimming pool what is dangerous for both adults and kids and it prevented us from using it.

Beachfront hotel without beach

Breakfast was good but not much varieties. The worst thing was the beach that was under construction & renovation, only two rows were left and no available seats due to limited number of chairs. The last thing u expect in a beachfront hotel having no beach, this really ruined our holiday.

Staff at pool & who did room were amazing. Facilities excellent & restaurants very good.

People holding sun lounges at the pool with a towel & not coming back for hours. Should have a sign up to say if you leave for more than 1/2hr your things will be moved. People coming down with nowhere to sit and 1/2 the lounges taken but no one there. Everyone races down when pool opens to get a lounge then leaves. Very disappointing. Beds in room quite hard.

great location, great food.

In Dubai a lot for work and stayed at a few locations like JBR, Marina, Palm Jumeirah, downtown etc.. and this was definitely the best location of them all. From the moment Zena checked me it the whole experience was great. Dubai has a lot of lovely hotels in lovely locations but what let's all the ones I stayed in down is the food is usually awful. To be fair the Hilton food was awesome and for the first time ever I didn't get food poisoning.

Some of the elevator buttons didn't work on one of the elevators it was annoying as I had to switch elevators to get to my floor. There is 2 buildings with 2 receptions.. if you have a room with a view booked then make sure you go to the building closest to the beach otherwise like my colleague you will be given a room in the other building that doesn't really have a view. It can be awkward for a taxi to get to the entrance as it's a very busy spot during some times of the day.

ZEENA upgraded my room and gave us EARLY CHECK inn felt loved and welcomed well done to the staff i was coming from another hotel and had been treated so badly but these guys made my stay in DUBAI MEMORABLE every staff member is always smilling wow wow hospitality at its best who ever trains these staff members deserves a raise , so well mannered and always JOVIAL are the staff members was given a comprimentary cocktail which made our stay memorable beach is clean and the pool is super clean THANK YOU HILTON JUMEIRAH

The stay was good all in all.

The location is amazing, the private beach. Our housekeeper Nupur was the best, and the concierge Mani was very helpful and helped us a lot with our luggage. All the stuff is very friendly and nice.

Lovely pool, comfy lounges great beach amazing location Loved the coffee shop axis best coffee and cake Staff were all amazing Shout out to. Zahid who looked after us well with everything we needed in our room, his towel skills are amazing. Zin and beautiful Grace for being a smiling face at breakfast and couldn’t do more. All the reception, bar and rest of the staff all amazing customer service

Everything was great my only gripe would be no one to serve at swim up pool bar any day At least 15min wait which didn’t fit in with the service everywhere else Apart from that little thing everything was perfect

Fantastic, we always enjoy our stays with you.

Room was good size and very clean, the breakfast was amazing and the location is a major factor in our returning to the Hilton so often.

People obviously keeping pool towels overnight, reserving loungers round the pool very early in the morning before the towel shack opens and then not appearing until late morning. This really needs to be controlled more vigilantly.

Not satisfied

It doesn't make sense to pay for a room and then be suddenly informed that the water will be contaminated and unavailable for use! It feels like a scam, and they should offer compensation or a partial refund to all guests that day. I told them I needed to take a shower in the morning, and they said I had to go to another building across the street in JBR. I can't believe I had to carry my clothes and towel in front of everyone just to take a shower in a different building that 5-10 minutes away from the hotel in 45° 😅.
