Beautiful hotel & excellent location, we can't wait to return!

The location of the hotel is fabulous, right in the centre of JBR and close to all the main attractions, marina and excellent restaurants. The hotel is beautiful, facilities are excellent and is spotlessly clean. We stayed at Atlantis The Royal last year, and the Five Luxe is a far superior guest experience. Staff are genuinely very friendly and helpful, however we did notice some slippage in staff quality compared to our stay last year. Turnover of staff may be an issue, but that is also an issue worldwide currently. Our room accommodation staff Animesh & Sarita were excellent and looked after any requests we had. We ordered in room dining service numerous times over our stay and Elisha, our waiter was fabulous.

The breakfast buffet had a good selection of food, but the food wasn't of optimum temperature, sometimes even cold. Better attention needs to be paid to standards for breakfast. I should also point out that the day club Playa Pacha attracts consumers who simply pay to use the pool and Playa Pacha facilities for the day. They are not guests of the hotel. Unfortunately, in a hotel of this calibre, this only brings down the overall standards and guest experience. Inappropriate clothing attire through the hotel reception area was common and I think the hotel should really look at a separate entrance to Playa Pacha, if they are going to continue that facility.

Had a Great time - the 3 bed room on 48th floor had the privacy a family needs with amazing views of Al ain and surrounding beach; Djhiad at reception was very helpful in extending the stay further !

the pool

This week I returned from a vacation in Dubai and stayed at Nylon Five Luxe JBR. The hotel was absolutely horrendous. We were given a room with a strong sewage smell, and the hot water in the shower didn't work. From day one, we contacted them and they sent someone to fix it. He came with a ladder, opened the shower ceiling, and then claimed it was fixed. But the intense sewage smell was unbearable—they didn't even offer to change our room. The next day, we went down to breakfast and you wouldn't believe the filth. It was completely unbecoming of a hotel like this in Dubai. We were at the pool until 6 PM, then returned to find the room still hadn't been cleaned despite us pressing the cleanup button. We went down to the lobby and waited until they finally cleaned it. We came to shower and faced the same nightmare again—no hot water. Once again, they sent us a technician to deal with it. The following day, we skipped breakfast because we weren't in the mood—the cleanliness situation had really gotten to us. We went straight to the pool. When we returned again, the room still wasn't clean. Back to the lobby to request cleaning, waiting again for them to finish. We had Pepsi Zero from the mini bar and they left the glasses in the room without clearing them. The next day, same story. Since we wanted to shower late, they had no technician available to send, so we showered in cold water. I was supposed to check out today, but I decided to leave early on Sunday and forfeit those last 2 nights. I told them I was checking out. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. It was absolutely appalling.

The indian staff at reception were impolite tried to delay my check in and claimed that my room is not ready but Monica ( front desk manager solved the problem) , and the guys at the hotel front door didn’t open the car door for me several times , the service at the pool very bad they ignore you and service really slow and the charcoal guys put the charcoal next to me on the table !

Great stay here. A huge thank you to Imran and Dijhad for your hospitality. The suite was huge, the whole hotel is immaculately maintained and the food was delicious from the coffee to the Japanese restaurant. We had a wonderful time!!

Excellent stay and we will be back!

Excellent stay! The staff was amazing and especially Muzammil Imran stood out as being truly wonderful. Also our waiter at the pool who sorted out our sunbeds, whereas I sadly don't recall his name. And the Indian guy from Mumbai working at the French restaurant was a level on it's own. And the Cameroon one at the French restaurant was also superb, so was the door opener to the pool side from Nigeria.

Looks and feels the part, Dubai at its best, in the heart of JBR.

Great hotel, rooms have amazing terrace space and high quality furnishings. Nice to have Pacha pool bar on your doorstep. Special mention for Rami in the reception for his cheerful and helpful service.

A great party hotel with a very good Japanese rooftop restaurant

The room size was perfect, with the balcony facilities. Housekeeping was immaculate and location great. The gym was well equipped and a good size

Too noisy for me over the weekend. If you are looking for a party atmosphere, this is where you stay, If you want to relax and read a book, perhaps not the best place. Half board is a really limited menu but having said that, the presentation and quality of the food was of a high standard

This was my second visit, and once again, the experience exceeded expectations. The level of quality and luxury throughout the property is impressive, making every moment feel indulgent and relaxing.
