Sensational!

We had such a lovely time and I just wanted to mention how attentive all of the pool staff were throughout our visit. They were always friendly, helpful, and quick to check in, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and really well looked after. A special shoutout as well to the lifeguards, who were incredibly attentive and professional at all times. It was really reassuring to see how focused they were, while still being approachable and kind. And lastly, a big special mention to Ronnie at Rose Bar — the drinks were absolutely incredible and Ronnie made the experience even better with such great service and a lovely, welcoming attitude. It honestly made our evenings feel extra special. Would definitely recommend and we can’t wait to come back!

the rooms are clean and the breakfast was amazing the mgt team great just a few issues came up it was ok

staff not informed of full service and what really was not not goof i felt i was pushed out so many messages and told we need to leave the room early on check out and beach closed for 2 days that was unacceptable due to a private event more money for a brand like DeLano not a good look

We had a fabulous stay, the room was gorgeous and the decor of the hotel is stunning.

The hotel is beautifully designed and we loved our room. We were even upgraded to a suite. The breakfast each morning was fabulous. The pool and private beach were also stunning and very well equipped.

I think the only thing that could be improved is the speed of service on the beach. Possibly there are too many beds for the number of servers and therefore it sometimes took a long time to place an order for a drink/ food. Otherwise, maybe having QR codes to be able to order to your bed would be a great idea. Overall the staff that did serve us were great but very busy. Also whilst on the beach, the sound of the sky diving plane overhead is quite irritating as it's almost every half an hour but nothing can be done with that I assume.

Great Pool area, beautiful interior design, staff was extremely friendly. Great breakfast and dinner options at various restaurants. Everything felt very easy going and relaxing. Spa at Banyan Tree was excellent.

Great family vacation

The location is great if you like the beach (which we did and was great). The hotel itself nicely designed but the best thing about it is the staff. Everyone so kind and professional even though they have been opened just a bit over a year. Nice breakfast, food options on the pool and beach very good and several very nice restaurants for dinner at the hotel but also the sister hotel next door. Great for families with small children as well (we were there woth friends and a total of 3 kids from 13 months to 4 years old and they all loved it), but also seems great for couples without kids or single people. Would definitely return.

Bathroom fixtures look like they’ve been in use for a decade and they’ve actually been in use for just over a year. It’s a shame because it ruins what would otherwise be a spotless review. But we didn’t care that much and probably most won’t either.

Hotel Delano : During stay 18.11.2025 - 21.11.2025 Terrible experience . November 19 , 2025 the hotel management notified me that starting 20.11.2025 the beach area and pool area would be closed and starting 20.11.2025 the hotel will be under special renovation due to their event. And also All guest must leave hotel at 12:00 PM November 21, 2025 because of special private evening . Starting 20.11.2025 was not possible stay in hotel because of noise works and closed facilities . Stollen money because all payment hotel received in advance .

كit was a great experience. The calm atmosphere really helped me relax

What I loved the most about the place is how quiet it is. It’s very peaceful and there’s no noise at all. The rooms are spacious and the colors are so refreshing. I honestly loved the place so much . The buffet was honestly delicious, and I loved the way everything was arranged. Even the available options were amazing.

What I didn’t like about the place is that they gave me the rooms very late. I had booked a family room, and the first room was given to me at 3:30 pm even though the check-in time was supposed to be 3. The second room wasn’t ready until 5 pm. It was really frustrating, especially since I came all the way from Abu Dhabi, and the delay was very disappointing

Delightful Delano - thank you!

It felt like a superior resort, in the heart of Dubai! It has everything you need for a relaxing break - beach, pool, fantastic restaurants and bar, and generally all of the facilities were of a high quality and the service was worthy of a 5* rating. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Delano to anyone and everyone!

The only one very small gripe, was service at breakfast was a little hectic whilst I appreciate it was always busy during 9 to 10, I think they could have helped their cause by having staff on set tasks to allow it run more smoothly.

An exquisite resort

The hotel feels sophisticated and staff well trained. Facilities are world class and the view from the main pool is like a painting come to life. My family and I had a wonderful time during recent half term break.

Shower door is not fully sealed, water on the bathroom floor after every shower.

Nice beach and good rooms

I asked reception before checking for my small bag so i can change to my swimshorts. They took me to a room behind reception and asked me to change there. I changed naked without knowing there was a camera there. Next day i asked again for a room and told them ill just use the same room, and the manager said no you cannot use this room because there was a camera. Thats when i found out they filmed me naked in the room and this is a major violation of my privacy. I asked them to delete it, and security said they cannot. I did not get an apology for this and they do not seem to understand the violation of this incident.

The place was wonderful, and the location was beautiful.

When we entered the room, there was a strange smell, and when we asked for it to be checked, everyone acted as if there was no odor in the room. Also, the service at the breakfast area was not good, as we had to repeat our requests several times to get what we wanted. For example, a cup of coffee was requested but never brought. We also asked for the eggs to be cooked more thoroughly, but that was only done after repeating the request. We reserved a dinner at the hotel’s Turkish restaurant, but upon arrival, the menu was not provided until we asked for it multiple times. In the seaside seating area, the number of chairs was very limited, and there was an empty section that was closed for no clear reason. The information provided at check-in was insufficient, as we later found out there were other facilities in the hotel that we weren’t informed about. Overall, the place is beautiful and the food is delicious, but the service does not match the quality of the venue or the value paid.

Our favorite Dubai hotel

We absolutely love the Delano. It feels like a much more personal experience than other hotels and the staff are all so polite and friendly. Rooms and facilities are amazing. I had my son’s 6th bd party at the pool and the staff did everything to ensure it ran smoothly.

The entire setting, Excellent staff, well laid out with easy access with just the right amount of amenities. The beach is very nice. The hotel management is clearly driven by customer satisfaction. They went out of their way to check me in several hours ahead of the check-in time. Valet service was very well set-up and organized.

- The Coffee shop - with a better sitting area needed, maybe with tables - Room access. Certain rooms are located at a distance from the elevators above the average hotel walk requirements. - Would be great to have a proper bar / light meal place. The only indoors bar is relatively small and more oriented towards night life

EVERYTHING! Especially the staff, always serving with a smile! The attention to detail across the entire hotel is amazing and the breakfast and dinner at Tutto Passa gets 5 stars! I think they make the best focaccia I have EVER eaten.

Wonderful and will return for sure!

The hotel is beautiful. The Staff were very welcoming, accommodating, super friendly and professional! The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were perfect. The room was clean and amenities were so good. Loved the stay, and will definitely return! Maison Revka and The Rose bar were beautiful and the food at the restaurant was so good! Overall a very nice and lovely experience, I will definitely be returning! Thank you to the staff for making it a very memorable experience.
